Considering the largest roster screen we've seen had no Jigglypuff or Sonic and was 31 characters, I think my friend's prediction of 35 characters might be spot-on (only enough room on the select screen for one more column, and each column has 4 selections, minus one for... that white square). So, two more characters. WW Link, and, uh... Ridley? Probably not Ridley. In fact, it looks as though Metroid will maintain its one-character deal. Pity.

We saw that, but it doesn't show if he's playable one way or the other. We just know he's in there.

If he is, it might mean we get playable WW Link and WW Zelda, too... Which would be weird. Way weird.

A list of all Nintendo's games? Neato. Gives them an excuse to dig as deep into the company's history as they want for trophies and characters.

I think this was Bowser's old territory, hence all the castles and caves around the entire place. After Mario trounced him, Bowser had to build another castle a considerable distance from the Mushroom Kingdom, and after just 23 years Peach, constantly getting kidnapped, hasn't had the time to issue building permits for this expansive but deserted section of her kingdom.

Nintendo was bound to goof sooner or later!

More than enough good ones for me. I see at least 5 games I'd like to buy on that list, and for once they're not ALL from Nintendo.

Well, I don't see the need to sell off games I already own from those companies. NOBODY is getting my Shadow Hearts 2 or BG&E copies. And your idea is noble, but it won't pan out. It's just a business decision, despite its childish nature.

He's had two of his own games, so it's completely, scarily possible.

Well, I'm satisfied now. The only thing that could make me go overboard with squeeing is if Mike Jones is a playable character. Maybe Muddy Mole, too.

Man, this was easily my favourite game on the NES. Oddly enough, it took my sister (who was then 7) for me (who was then 6) to actually get ahead. She figured out how to reach the first boss, but I was the one who killed him and went on with the rest of the game. Hopefully they'll release Zoda's Revenge soon, too.

Contact isn't bad, it's just it's not really all that exceptional, either. The story barely makes any sense at all, combat is largely automated (like FF12, but with just one character instead of three), and there's only 6 real dungeons, nearly half of which lack real boss fights. The end boss, though, was reasonably epic, making up for the nearly unforgivable mediocrity of the department store dungeon and military base dungeon.

I've since beaten the game, and it is indeed Meh. I'm glad I only spent $20 to play it. Final boss was pretty fun, though.

How about a Japanese-developed game that was never released in Japan? That's right -- STARTROPICS. Mike Jones has had 2 games, man. C'mon, Nintendo, pleeeeeeease?

One of the replies has it right: "That's because they already called him about Zero." or something like that. Megaman Zero would be vastly preferred to the OTHER option of BN Megaman. *shudder*

Well, thank goodness you don't need to collect every one on your Subspace Emissary playthrough. I bet certain event matches will act as Boss Rushes.

DKC3, I think we can all agree, was the worst of the 3 games and was a total bore (not to mention completely without challenge). So, who's gonna pick it up anyway?

Dixie wouldn't have the same movelist as Diddy by a long shot, and Cel-Shaded Link is too small compared to TP Link. If we're just going for costumes with no movelist changes, Mario could have dozens of costumes. Link could have the Zora and Magic armour, Zelda could have her cloaked self, Fox could have his Dinosaur Planet outfit, Samus could have the Fusion Suit or the basic Chozo Suit, and Ike could possibly have his older form (from the latest FE game). But I'd think making other characters into costumes is a step too far removed from this.

Lucas' nemesis = Porky Ike's nemesis = Dark Knight or something like that Samus' nemesis = Ridley or Dark Samus Personally, I think it'd be cool to see Dark Samus as a playable. She's have Samus' weight and size, but her jumps and entire moveset would be different. For starters, she floats a lot like Mewtwo. Secondly, in the first battle against her in Prime 2, she showcases about 3 or so moves that could be specials: A scatter laser shot, an invulnerability aura (could be a bit like Nayru's Love), and a move where she turns into a ball of phazon and launches into the ground (could be her 3rd jump). I personally believe she has much potential in that regard.
