For what it's worth, I pretty much EXPECT to be on Flashpoint at some point before it ends. That show is EVERYWHERE in Toronto. I've recognized locations a block away from the restaurant. Same goes for Scott Pilgrim btw, if I had gotten to Toronto a year earlier I TOTALLY could've been an extra at one of the concert scenes or something.

Sigh! So I was misinformed. The 'code name' is the real name. I'm actually going to be on the set of WAREHOUSE 13 on the sci-fi channel.

Very pleased about this one. A great interpretation, full of character, beautifully expanded on the original, and very charming. One of my favourite tracks from the ost and this definitely does it justice. and welcome squint.

Every game should have an unlockable debug mode so you can enjoy cracking the game wide open after, like many of the first sonic games had, except an unlocked feature after the game is beaten. Is there really so much to hide? Just like anyone who's interested in electronics winds up taking apart their vcr; anyone interested in development, or even at humoring the thought of development, shouldn't be restricted to the confines of the game when they want to fully understand it. I know there's reasons for this though right?

Oh yeah, no, I totally just meant a few weeks to a month, and since 2 have passed already we're pretty well on point for that one.

So ok, my take on a few things; 1- Length of time. Well I've officially run the gamut personally. I did my video with the most effort 1st, when I believe it was about 2 1/2 months... the least effort 2nd with the longest amount of time, and the least amount of effort (no video) this last time which was in the middle. I think it's a safe bet that, for me at least, my getting a video in by deadline has no co-relation with the amount of time allotted but rather my resources available, the scale of what I'm taking on, and my ever-dwindling amount of free time. I guess my vote doesn't really count either. Maybe the solution is something like a 2 1/2 month deadline time, but announced a month from now. I actually felt relieved when I missed deadline this time around because I knew that it meant I just suddenly had way more time for the next round. 2- I think collabs should be especially encouraged. I think more people might succumb to less effort pretty easily. Like, for example, several people send one person 30 second clips of them dancing to a certain song, and one person assembles the clips... these videos could be potentially really easy to make. Oh, and Modus, pm me. 3- Promotion Facebook invite is a must... twitter happened this time around... 2 threads a piece... the only thing I can think of is either more art (I WAS the only contributor last time. ), or spamming sister sites/blogs. The only way I see spamming sister sites/blogs being justified is if there's prizes, and the prize issue remains... expensive. I think that's all of my commentary for now.

Solid stuff here. Always loved the source tune to death. An amazing, textural, tangible, and flavourful cover. Wholly itself, and wholly faithful to the original. Immediately leapt into my personal top 20 or so. Maybe top 10. Possibly top 5. Best yet for me halc.

A) Please someone name their mix something with a Pico de Galo related pun. 2011's April Fool's should be OCR sold to Sega to make only Pico mixes.

I think I'll try and pick this up right around the time it hits <$400. I'm gonna guess that'll be June 2012. But by then we'll all be dead.

I'm stoked. First one I didn't enter something. And if this makes any sense, the lack of deadline suddenly makes me want to do a high-quality one more since I could potentially have a much longer time frame to do it in. Not that me-filming-shit-on-the-ground wasn't fun'n'all.
