Schwaltzvald
For those that missed out getting it for the PS2 and held out from getting the Wii version, the "Greatist Hits" edition of Okami is out for $20... Just thought others would like to know...

Skummel Maske
"Greatest hits"? As in there being more games than one?
KyleJCrb
"Greatest hits"? As in there being more games than one? No, Sony's program featuring re-releases of popular games at a lower price point.
Faulken
Okami was awesome on PS2. I was all for the Wii rerelease in concept, but the controls didn't feel quite right to me, mainly the waggle fighting. Still, was lovely to see the game in higher res through the Wii's component cable. This game is simply amazing-especially for such a skimpy price label. I've got the Udon published, english language version of the book with all the concept art from the game, really beautiful stuff.
Bleck
I got it when it first came out for 20$ some guy didn't like it and brought it back a week after release and I got it used in basically pristine condition
XZero
I'm not sure how well it will do as a Greatest Hits version. I think most people who wanted it already have it, and thus there is no need for it. This isn't like Ratchet and Clank where people can discover the series much later and go back to buy the rest; it is a one-shot masterpiece that most who embraced already own. I'm probably over-generalizing, though. On the bright side, those first-edition copies (especially copies with the preorder item) will probably be valuable eventually. DragonAvenger
I need to beat this. It's on my to-do list. Which is long. What was the pre-order item, btw?
JCvgluvr
I could not force myself to play thru this game a second time. I beat it and thoroughly enjoyed it my first time thru. But the second time...completely tedious. I stopped after the Emperor's Stomach.

The Coop
This is good news for me. I've been broke for a while now, and Okami has always been outside my spending zone (even after all this time, it's still $40 used around here). Having it become a Greatest Hit, and thus see a restocking and price drop, is good news for me. Maybe I can finally get to play it.
