Stove_Top Posted February 7, 2009 Posted February 7, 2009 A remake of Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2: Solid Snake would be epic. It would give people a better understanding of the background of the series, and who wouldn't wanna see Snake vs. Grey Fox hand-to-hand in a 'minefield' on next gen graphics. Quote
TheSnowStorm Posted February 7, 2009 Posted February 7, 2009 I want to see the "Mystical Ninjas Starring Goemon" series come back to America. With the same game play as the first N64 game. EDIT: Shit, I didn't see Jason's post. Yeah, it was baiscally Zelda, Mario, Japanese folklore and robots. That game was so amazing. Too bad it was short however. Quote
Brycepops Posted February 7, 2009 Posted February 7, 2009 Just about any of the really old games could work. Custer's Revenge! Quote
k-wix Posted February 8, 2009 Posted February 8, 2009 I thought about this one for awhile, and though a lot has been mentioned, I would totally remake Fighters Destiny. One of the best fighting game systems ever released. One of the only fighting games that did things differently and thought outside the box. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fighters_Destiny Quote
L.T.W. Posted February 9, 2009 Posted February 9, 2009 IDK if anyone has mentioned this, but IDK how I forgot about this game, being one of my favorite games of all time. Someone should remake Doom2 with Doom3 engine (or something better) and Doom2: Plutonia. That game was way too awesome. Quote
Jenz Drake Posted February 10, 2009 Posted February 10, 2009 Super Mario RPG ....Yeah....that would be nice. Quote

relyanCe Posted February 10, 2009 Posted February 10, 2009 Great idea, but i'm too afraid of a "nintendo casting call" remake of the plot to actually support it And they probably wouldn't bring Geno back... Quote
Vidilian Posted February 10, 2009 Posted February 10, 2009 I'd love the Syndicate series to comeback. I loved it when I played it back in the day but a modern version would be so much better. Don't think theres any game quite like it out right now. Quote
The Coop Posted February 10, 2009 Posted February 10, 2009 Phantasy Star III. I've always felt it was a good game, but one with some noticeable issues. The enemies having virtually no animation, and lazy backgrounds behind them, hurt the game. The music sounding like it was always too loud didn't help either. These things kept the game from being as good as it could have been, and a nice redo would help the good points stand out more. And hey, maybe then someone would finally get off their ass and make Phantasy Star V, continuing where III left off. Quote
LuketheXjesse Posted February 10, 2009 Posted February 10, 2009 they probably wouldn't bring Geno back... THIS SCARES ME SHITLESS Quote
