Going to have to encode it at a lower bit-rate tomorrow morning if I have time otherwise I'm out. Whoa, how did that happen? I wonder what the size limit for submissions are at C:TS anyway. I can still help you out, Andy. If you're worried about there not being enough time for a re-encoding, you can send the MP3 to me via the usual email address, I'll give it a go, and hopefully you should be good to do with a PRC entry. At the page for PRC99, select your three preferences and rank them from first to third (Contestants don't need to place their own work in). Write a reasoning to elaborate on your decision. Click "submit vote" and get a birthday present for yours truly by Tuesday (heh jk). You have until Tuesday, July 31st at 5:59AM EST to vote. Because of the special conditions for PRC100, the winner will choose the source for PRC101!
