I'm starting to get a little clarity on where I want the concept to go, so I'll be hammering out a set tracklist for the two discs later this week. Stay tuned!

It's a weird one and no idea what I'm going to come up with, but a drumbeat and some deep, dark, dirty, distorted guitar has been running around in my head for a while now...

I am really liking that idea man, I'm very interested :] Also that beat for the chemistry thing was pretty clean tbh, and being someone who likes chemistry that was entertaining, haha.

Hmm, I've always wanted to try producing a rap beat, so maybe if you make some fire lyrics we could put something together (BTW here's an example of a rap beat I've made before even if its purpose is a bit cheesy, but if I could put produce something more legit and put some rap-style piano thing like this behind it and just edit it a bit, this could be pretty dope. Would you be interested?)

Maybe I'm feeling inspired by Matt Houston's beat, but I want to try my hands at a rap remix of the Sauria level from Assault. I'm no [good] producer though, so my claim is pretty tentative honestly.

Ok so this is the official debut of my group The Travelers, a supergroup of some amazing musicians and arrangers (including the likes of Doug Perry, Mklachu, Jordan Chin, Ian Martyn, just to name a few) who play Euro-folk arrangements of game music. I had the pleasure of being able to arrange Kokiri Forest into an Irish Jig style and to feature my awesome group The Travelers. I combine Traditional Irish music with what most would call modern, contemporary Irish styles (kind of like you hear from Mumford and Sons). Anyway, I really would love feedback on the piece from all of your great remixers out there ;).

Well this is a surprise, I've followed nokbient on soundcloud for awhile and wasn't expecting anything to get submitted here. Do check out his soundcloud, it's an absolute goldmine.

I think a Corneria collaboration is the best way to go. Great idea! @TheChargingRhino -- Really like the ideas you have for that (first) Corneria mix. However, just like The 'Boss' Nikanoru said, there's still quite a lot to do. I'd be very glad to help you on that one actually, since it's already pretty inspiring -- throw a couple more ideas in this WIP. I could even manage to get proper guitar recordings too! @The Nikanoru -- Haven't thought of a name just yet. I usually give my mixes a name when they're close to be finished. I'm experimenting stuff right now and would like to have a talk with you when I'll have another WIP ready so I can share my vision of where I want to go with this track and see if it could still have its place within this album. Also, it would be great to have a list of the performers available for collaboration in the first post -- near the current tracklist ^^

Okay, thread has been reset with the new info. Sorry for the confusion @classic_gamer_76, you have submitted a WIP - but it still needs a name! Hmmm. Not sure this is at the level where you can 'drop the mic,' but very interesting. Done. Send me your WIP! I like it, as I'm always down for a little cello action, but lonely ... and short. --- So, I've been thinking about this Corneria thing, as it's the most popular track in the Star Fox series and I'm only choosing one to be featured (bonus tracks still possible!). Well, this weekend, a friend of mine suggested that since it's so popular, why don't we make this into one big collaboration? Tell me what you all think.

This is a very nice arrangement. Is this sampled or is it recorded? If it's sampled, I'd like to give extra props to how real this sounds. If it's recorded, thanks for taking an extra mile most ReMixers won't take. I'd love to see more ReMixes done like this, it sounds so nice!
