  1. Hey Brad, good to see you're still around here. I think this will be my last bump in the topic and then I'll let it go gracefully. I got a lot more support in this topic than I probably deserved and I want to thank everyone who supported me, at any stage of the development until this release.
  2. ...then why did you post at all? Certainly you could have offered something more constructive than an unprovoked "welp, I'm not gonna do it". Anyways, I would like to see more attention to Double Dragon in any way, shape or form. You should also try recruiting on KVR and gamedev.net, Fred.
  3. Hmm! I have to say I'm digging the sounds, and I'm a very hard person to please for presets. Many of these sound like stuff I could see myself using. I was not looking to get any new presets, but I'm actively reconsidering if I can get stuff that sounds this good. $10 isn't much at all. Nice work man! I do not like to praise lightly, so take it home that this is genuinely good stuff. See if you can get this listed on U-he's website (I didn't read your whole post here so I don't know if you did or not) and definitely post it around a bunch of other music gear places like KVR. This is some pretty good stuff and I hope to see you profit from it.
  4. This is probably my best opportunity to ask - how do you even open Wordbuilder? I have EWQL Choirs, but I haven't found where Wordbuilder is yet and I've not been able to play with it.
  5. I told people not to spoil me this year and they did anyway. Gaming wise, I got Xenoblade and Rayman Legends for the Wii.
  6. Driver's a distortion/filter effect. I got it. Wouldn't have paid for it personally, but it's not too bad as I play with it.
  7. Do a 20 minute dubstep remix of CRAZY TAXI
  8. Collabing on music is a serious commitment, it's not something that gets done in a couple hours on a whim (most of the time anyway) it could take dozens of hours to see through correctly. Therefore with such a commitment it becomes reasonable that people want something in return - a reasonable payment or that the project itself is something that could attract a decent fanbase. It's hard enough spending that kind of time and effort to do music that only a few people will download without doing it for something else too.
  9. Did you look at Tindeck? That and Bandcamp are about the best solutions I've come up with for those needs.
  10. Some of us do neither. It's a pain in the ass in practice to have to keep switching out time after time.
  11. He hasn't posted anything on it that I've seen, and I've been on there SFTC twice now.
  12. Thank you very much for continued support, almost 2 years after I first made this post!
  13. Can you believe I'm Necro-posting this again? Well I have a good reason this time, the album is re-mastered and now re-released through a new record label: Dope Records. New information has been posted to the main post. Please support this album because the guys who run Dope Records are utterly fantastic guys and I would love it if they got to receive some of the same support you guys have shown me for this release. Thank you again! The new album is on this bandcamp: http://doperecords.bandcamp.com/album/espers.
  14. Hey Justin, I saw your message too late and I hadn't seen you on AIM since then. Whats up?

  15. Now there's a face we haven't seen on the forums in a while. Cool track Usa - how close are you to finishing your album? Is it already done?
  16. I will endorse this product, not with a strange, self-imposing and self-inflated message like Snappleman's, but with actual praise for a genuinely kick-ass product from a company that has nowhere to go but up. Impact is revolutionizing the way sample companies provide for musicians and we need to support their products to fund even better projects and further heightening of the bar. Get Shreddage today!
  17. You say that now, but just wait until FFXV comes out. Then we repeat the cycle again.
  18. My name didn't even produce one...
  19. I defy anyone on OCR to be given the chance to score 4-6 major retail RPGs from major game companies and turn them down. (Although my point is admittingly counter-productive since Motoi Sakuraba can get work regardless) Having not played either of those games but still being aware of their mixed-towards-favorable reviews, I must ask what the measure of a "bad game" is in that context, and it better not be something akin to "well, it's not FFVI." Also, since none of this is very relevant to the topic point, let's not turn it into a long debate.
  20. I've been trying to plug in some of the last remaining tracks. Got some people interested, but need to wait a bit for WIPs to come in.
