I've never tried it, but I hear PSX Emulator is pretty simple to set up. You won't get any fancy enhancements like with ePSXe, but it's great if you just want to load up a game without bothering with configurations.

The achievements are pretty awesome. With all the attention to detail Capcom USA put into it's promotion, I'm somewhat disappointed they went with Megaman 9 for the title screen rather than Mega Man IX like all the other NES games. EDIT: the Tornado Man stage is giving me some bad Guts Man flashbacks
