  1. Actually, the pressure pads were only in the original location test versions. Capcom ditched the pressure pads due to abuse from players (one player apparently drop kicked it to try and get a high score in a test of strength bonus game) and went with the six button format.
  2. Dragon Buster - first game to feature a double jump
  3. Japanese version English version and for the lulz, an OLR featuring me and nineko
  4. Psycho Soldier - first video game to utilize a vocal track during gameplay
  5. Indeed. Track 4 Fillmoa from the SPC archive. Now I can sleep easy, as not knowing was starting to bother me as well
  6. I think I have that somewhere in my mp3 collection, in my Castlevania folder, if memory serves. Lemme check
  7. Glad I wasn't the only one who though of Zircon when seeing that pic. All it needs is a pencil beard
  8. It was probably just the MP3 downloaded from DS's old website, since it apparently had all the original id3 tags http://darkesword.com/listen/remix/mp3/terranigma.mp3
  9. Four No'd, as in your mix got four "NO" votes from the judges and thus, rejected.
  10. Some Snowboard Kids Jam Linda Nancy Slash Tommy Shinobin LT: Gonna take the first ones of Jam, Slash and Shinobin. The others either don't obviously look like faces or are just ugly. Good choices though, glad to see some from this game.
  11. "right click > save link as" any one of those mirrors
  12. You can disable the filtering on the sprites to make them less blurry in the options menu. If memory serves, there's 6 different levels of sprite filtering, with the lowest making the filter nonexistent (or at least close to it)
  13. Yes, you can play games directly from your CD-ROM drive. Just click FIle > RUN CDROM I recommend checking out the this ePSXe tutorial from the official site if you have any questions on how to configure plugins. Also, disregard my PM. I didn't notice your edit when I sent it.
  14. Try skipping the wizard and selecting the BIOS manually by clicking Config > Bios > Select and select the bios file you downloaded (Don't forget to configure the rest of the plugins as well). To test if it works, click File > Run BIOS, which should load up the memory card menu. If that doesn't work, then I guess you got a bad BIOS file.
  15. I'm afraid it isn't viable OCR material, as its soundtrack wasn't originally composed for the game. However, if I remember correctly, the NES version had a different soundtrack, so maybe you're talking about one of those tracks. Anyway, here's a cover performed by Brazilian metal band Megadriver
  16. Here's a few unofficial ones I've somehow acquired over the years. http://sologamer87.googlepages.com/OCRWallpaper.rar
  17. lol I'm not quite sure what to do. I don't really care if my account gets banned, but that bit about using an emulator kinda scares me, even though I have a legit copy of the game.
  18. http://virt.vgmix.com/index.php?page=arrange Towards the very bottom.
  19. The writer of the game's story posts at starmen.net, though he's a little more tight lipped about the project than Mr. Latouche. http://starmen.net/forum/?t=msg&th=39524
  20. And here I thought it was all just happy coincidence and the internet's collective dirty mind that made this so great. I'm definitely going to buy a copy tomorrow.
  21. Yup, it's right there, second name under Designers. heh, guess that means I'd better hury up with the next scene.
