    Basically the opposite of a boss character on the game balance spectrum. Rather than having intentionally cheap moves that that are difficult to counter, the joke character has weak moves with poor range, priority, and/or damage. Another definition would be a parody character, like Shingo and Yuri from KoF.

    Beat it with all characters, including the unlockables. Difficulty, number of rounds, time limit, and continues do not matter. And before you ask here's how to really unlock akuma and gouken.

    Definitely C. Graphics/unique art style and a developer's reputation may pique my interest, but I rarely buy something without a little research beforehand. EDIT: What about demos? I've bought plenty of games based on demos back when I had a Playstation Magazine subscription.

    "Good enough to play" basically means "I can tell what's going on and who is a friend/foe." It's not being jaded at all. Going off your 2600 example, "Good enough" would be something like Pitfall, where it's easy to tell what each pixel is supposed to be, as opposed to E.T., where it's just green blobs on the screen.

    Oh please. The overall range of skill is much lower in Forum Thread 2 than is in FTC. FT2 has far more simplistic, slower, and predictable posts which in turn makes flame strategy much less and lolling a lot easier. FTC required that everyone in the thread not just be OK but GOOD in order to flame it

    Also, he said he'd mod it as soon as he buys it, so discussing each handheld's homebrew capabilities is perfectly valid.

    There's a custom firmware plugin that fixes both of these issues. I don't have a slime model though, so I'm not sure how well it works.

    Since the soundtrack is available for free, I doubt it pushed that many downloads. Probably just a handful of remixers and fans to "support the cause" or whatever.

    You could always try your luck at olremix.org. We love Mashups. You won't get to add "OC_Remix" to your track, but at least you'll have your name on it.

If I had known about this earlier, I'd have held off on getting a gold account for another month, since the only game I'm playing online is SF II (for now anyway).

    Did the max dimensions get changed? I know LT added a few avatars that are larger, but the OP still says 32 x 32 is the max image size. LT: It's my discretion, but I'm generally only going to allow exceptions in height, and the avatar obviously has to look very good.

    The green power light blinks, you're just not paying attention. Also, you can check how much charge is left by simply hitting the home button.

    I, for one, am disappointed the fast music plays in round 2 regardless of who's losing the round. Also, I miss the gringo tourists on the donkey in T. Hawk's stage.
