Jason was showing me this super-awesome choir plugin that he helped create (? don't quote me on that). From what I understand, it takes a single sample and makes it sound like there are multiple voices singing it in an echoey chamber like choirs are often in. Jason, maybe you could chime in and explain it slightly better? It sounds great!

Splash Warfly comes in at 0:43, the start of each 2 bar phrase is from Splash, and the same phrases again at 2:43. Also, the vocal melodies at 1:17 and 3:17 are Splash too.

I'll keep this in mind if I clean this up. I spent a ton of time on the production and mastering, and a lot of the source ended up being a late addition within an hour of submitting it.

Sounds like a great idea! I'd love to perform it myself, but I'm not really the best lyricist, so if anyone wants to volunteer some help that'd be fantastic!

I'm having a lot more trouble working with my Maverick theme than I had initially thought. At least I've got some decent instrumentation and production down while I'm stalled on combining the themes. I'm going for a very Glitch Mob-inspired remix this week.

Apparently people have listened to this! I've had 4 people in the last week ask me if I want to join their team. It's very flattering I don't have time for this one. Maybe if people had spoken up a few months ago I would have, but I'm working on a craft project right now, and will need to move apartments in a month or so, so I don't have the bandwidth for this compo. Having said that, please bring on the peer-pressure brigade for whatever compo comes after this one!

I think it'd be awesome if we could get a bunch of people to play online the day it's released, or shortly after. I'm away from my computer atm, otherwise I'd start setting something up myself.

Does anyone have a collection of sound effects used in the game? I tried searching for them, but I could only find a SFX package from SoR2, and I wasn't sure if they were the same (never played this series).
