Yeah. So far all we're seeing are flat platform stages. Even the Animal Crossing level doesn't take place on the ground. It takes place on a floating platform. Floating in the sky. Oh well.

DoA 4 was pretty good in terms of lag, actually. And I'm not so sure about this minigame or leaderboard stuff - that would be pretty disappointing.

I dunno - Smash Bros.' gameplay, like most fighting games, hinges probably 95% on timing. Lag would be no good.

I kick about ten times as much ass in SSB64 than in Melee. I play at least once a week with my buddies, and we've been doing that for about 4 years. I would buy that on VC so fast.

Looks like the video was removed from YouTube. The damage has already been done - they should have just left it. Apparently the company is saying that the footage represents an old build of the game with old instrument prototypes. Still, that didn't keep me from getting excited.

I was thinking about picking this up, nobody seems to be saying bad things other than it's a bit repetitive.

I got to try out Guilty Gear XX Accent Core (that's a mouthful) at Anime Expo on Saturday. There's a lot of small tweaks that make the game really different. Ky was one of my mains and now either he's terrible or he takes some getting used to. I didn't have enough time to get full impressions. Also, Bridget now seems to be a god.

Funny, I was probably in the same room as you for a few hours and didn't even notice...oops. You planning on going next year? Anyway, even though assist trophies are pretty much a poke ball for non-Pokemon, it's still a cool idea.
