  1. The plot thickens once more. http://kotaku.com/5989265/amazon-has-stopped-selling-digital-copies-of-simcity
  2. I think Gollgagh already posted that Gecko.
  3. Sim City 4 is still on Steam too.
  4. Me and the Nighthorse crew have a green screen behind a couch, and we use Chromakey in Vegas to edit. If you are going to Green Screen make sure to have plenty of lighting and try not to cast shadows onto the screen.
  5. Call of Duty 4 saw the player experiencing the last few minutes of life of a soldier after a nuclear blast. A very hard hitting moment for me.
  6. Me and Level99 have an ongoing series as part of Nighthorse called No Skill Gaming in which we chronicle a blind Let's Play of a little heard of game. <--- Part 1 <----Part 2Part 3 is coming soon.
  7. So is there a central server anyone is playing on? I see Tonberry and Masamune. I am going to play when I get home from work and I would like to group with the larger majority. Edit: Or not, looks like they shut everything down.
  8. Larry would win after about 25 Minutes of air time.
  9. Appearantly the Beta dropped without them telling anybody. If you are in then you gotta visit their beta forums.
  10. Finally got around to playing Paper Mario Sticker Star. That game is alright.
  11. All of those problems are his computer. He emulates a 360 controller via a program that probably isnt that stable. I don't experience any of the problems that he has on my gaming rig. Most of the time the biggest issue I have is a a once in a while crash, similar to what 360 users and PS3 users have. Once in a blue moon lockup is not that big of a deal. Considering the versatility of the PC, it has more of a reason to go in the living room than the consoles.
  12. It was from Elder Scrolls IV. There was no Dragonborns in there. However it could always be an oversite of Kim the Liar.
  13. I am staunchly against piracy though Andy. And I owned Patapon 2, which I am pretty sure was Download Only.
  14. Most folks don't realize that the Genesis was backwards compatible with the Master System. So the whole "Sony did it first isn't true." Hell the 7800 from Atari was backwards compatible with the 2600 in the late 80's. Though for them to not offer BC shows that they just don't care. I liked the PSP, but even with the 3000 series the PSP still was slow, and that UMD grind is really unsettling. There was a lot of good on the PSP, but the system itself to me didn't feel good, you know. Total I think I owned about 25 PSP games. My most played was the remake of Mega Man X. The port for Parappa the Rapper was broken because they didn't change the timing for the game to match the refresh rate for LCDs. I own more DS games than I did PSP, by a small margin. I can keep my DS games though as they can be played on my 3DS. PSP games got no love on the Vita though unless you lived in Japan.
  15. I think I may be a stupid, but I am trying to legit get the Calendar Man achievement in Arkham City. Next stop, Saint Patty's Day!
  16. I like you Be Strades. You is a logical man. We should play an Online MMORPG Later tonight if you wanna join my guild.
  17. Meanwhile Steam makes all of the right moves. Nother point for PC over Consoles. Hell, even the much decried Origin isn't terrible anymore. There isn't much of an excuse outside of "I'm poor" to not game on the PC. Unless you absolutely love Halo or Killzone.
  18. I'd really like to see a Starfox64 Sequel. Like a true one. With none of that ground combat crud. Hell, I'd even settle for a sequel to The Legend of Starfox: Adventures.
  19. I say things like that because it is true. The PC is the logical conclusion for people who play videogames. The console makers, with the exception of the console exclusives (which are getting less and less of a draw in my opinion) , pretty much every game is better on the PC. Seeing as the majority of the multiplatform ports support USB controllers we can emulate the console experience on a better PC. It is getting to the point where portables are the only thing to get excited for from the console makers. And even those have been lame to lukewarm lately. Also: I don't think that PC Gamers are a master race. While I appreciate your candor, I don't appreciate your tone from above.
  20. Because the furry community got their hands on Star Fox, the Big N is prolly doing what they can to distance themselves from it. Kinda like Disney and Robin Hood.
  21. I owned all three of the previous generations consoles. I still own a PS3 and a 360. 360 gets play, while the PS3 is typically just used as a bluray player. Both consoles are slowly waning in play time. I get most of my console play via the 3DS and my PC. The Vita is a fantastic system, that is suffering from not having a very lame library. While I do like that Sony is making PS1 classic games available on the Vita platform, which is more than the Big N can say with it's rather depressing selection. Much like the underwhelming offering from Nintendo, the PS4 and 720 are shaping up to make this the console cycle that I hand in my controller. With more and more multiplatform games being made available and better on the PC, there is really no reason to grab them.
  22. SO! Will this be the generation of consoles that finally gets me to not want to buy consoles anymore? It's shaping up to be that way.
  23. I got legacy because I forgot I was paying for the game.
