  2. Get a grey tanktop. seriously though, how much rest between sets are you taking, what accessory work are you doing, and do you ever mix it up? doing a week of 3x3 at a higher weight wouldn't be the worst.
  3. looks pretty fun, i may try it on non-lift days, though I really am having fun with super fast kettlebell circuits. Today I felt like a total badass destined for greatness, so I wore my GREY TANKTOP that DragonAvenger got me, and then BAM 405 lb deadlift PR. Feels awesome to have 4 plates on there, even with ultra low reps (two sets of 1 rep). Also it is summer and that means it is time for dancing! SHOW ME YOUR MOVES.

  5. Seems good to me, covers all the basics. I personally want 3 days a week for lifting heavy things, because of my work schedule, but sprints and HIIT are good too.

  7. it's the gaming uncanny valley. The old games don't have super detailed art, meaning your imagination works harder to fill in the details. Maybe that adjusts expectations? The games not trying super hard to be edgy and badass adds charm as well. You don't feel disappointed if you go see a comedy and fail to have a good cry because of the tragic story.

  14. in 6 days? you definitely can. I drink/piss more than a gallon both ways a day, let alone 6. You seemed fine with a sudden 9 pound decrease in fat, and water is infinitely more likely. You can argue all you want, and choose to believe whatever, but until you actually think for yourself and do some research, you won't have any long term success. Either take someone's program and follow it for a minimum of 6 months and see where you are at, or do a ton of research on your own, find out what works for you, and have success that way. There is no miracle solution, and nothing is going to be fast, but this is your entire life we are looking to improve. If there was a 'secret' or if it was easy, everyone would be completely fit.
  15. Weight loss isn't usually gradual, and you are probably just retaining water. Keep at it for a few more weeks and if then you are still not seeing changes, then we can help you re-calibrate. You can't expect to lose 9lbs consistently every 6 days, that isn't quite how your body works. 12 days is a super low sample size of data, and you probably won't be able to even think about tracking anything until after a month, and even then, predicting anything is questionable.
  16. word up, you guys are being boring, and we certainly can't have that. Seems like there are a lot of studies, and more research needs to be done. I personally have a very high protein diet, but get most of it from either dairy (yogurt/whey) or plant sources, mainly due to convenience and my schedule. I'll eat red meat when I can because it is fucking delicious, though I am pretty skeptical of eating a high quantity of anything except watermelon, since it is statistically proven that watermelon is the most delicious thing in the world. As for Fito stuff, I started my summer cut yesterday, aiming for 7% BF by Otakon. The goal is to look like a sufficiently badass Sabin for the OCU Final Fantasy 6 group cosplay! I am sitting at about 10% right now, so 1% reduction per month, roughly, should allow me to retain most of my gains. If any of you guys want to share some tips for retaining my LBM while reducing fat, im all ears.
