So we played the super cool Bitgen 8 this past weekend and debuted Tom, our drummer, who knows Stevo or something. Anyways! What did you guys think? The show was awesome, and there were arcade cabinets on stage, which is crazy cool, check it out! We are gearing up for Nerdapalooza next, and figuring out how to get live drums into our album!

I've done IF and it's great for cutting a little, but trying to fit a bunch of calories into that window leaves me feelin' rushed. I think it's good to go, just need to adjust a little. Being hungry and all that was never really an issue for me, it was just having to get in a lot of calories in 3ish hours less.

Sounds like the issue is actually your perception. There has been terrible music forever and untalented musicians put out by labels to make a quick profit, but generally time has a way of weeding them out. The best music lives longer, which is why you forget all the bad stuff.

are any of us hiring drummers anyways? I generally do my own drum stuff anyways.

My prep time is like 3 minutes to change, though it is helpful that I have a gym not 30 seconds away from my desk. Gotta say I like stats, and bench pressing friends is something hilarious that I enjoy doing. Just keep moving, and having fun. If any of you guys are at MAGfest this year and are not too wiggly and 200lb or less, i'll bench press you

I totally disagree about the feeling at the gym, but if you like doing sports, sweet; do that. It's about you, not about the room you do things in. I find the gym to be fun, challenging, and rewarding. No sweat if you dont feel the same though.

A good rule of thumb for everyone is if you are spending more time researching any sort of supplement more than you are putting in time at the gym, you are just looking for a shortcut, and not working hard enough. Unless the supplement is delicious chicken. I am more excited about Nando Peri Peri than just about anything else at Magfest. The order is: 1. Seeing Deia 2. Nando Peri Peri 3. Seeing other friends and making new ones 4. OCR and OCU stuff

i read the article and it feels sketchy to me. I'm not an expert, but I am underwhelmed and skeptical.

i'll be getting a wii u when mario kart and smash bros are on it, and i'll consider it money well spent even if i just played those games. Of course, i'm an epic baller and money means nothing to me, but not everyone else can be as awesome.
