  13. they say there is a gym, but im a little dubious. I'm not sure how useful it'll be. We'll have to see. The image on the website showed some free weights. COuld be ok.
  14. will you do some dance games with me? im better at DDR, but i think pump is cooler.
  15. There will be shirts for sure, probably some LE ones too, and who knows what else! Its a mystery!
  16. also, if you have specific fitness goals, a decent amount of the restaurants are really accommodating if you order the right stuff, I did some maths with online menus and figured this stuff out: Obviously MAG itself is very different that a regular schedule, so eating what you can, when you can is ideal. Here is a list of choices with good macro ratios, though they may be a little low on carbs to sustain for a whole day. Generally since meals come infrequently at mag, you'd want to double up on some of these or grab one to go for a few hours later. Aim for around 600 calories so you dont get sleepy, but still have a lot of energy. Stuff listed has calories, protein, and carb numbers when i could find it. Baja Fresh Chicken Salad 310 46 18 Nando Peri Peri Basted Chicken Breast 177 30 1 Pinapple slice 30 0 8 corn 90 3 17 pita 165 6 35 freshii easymode, just be smart nature's table assume 25g protein per sandwich mediterranean chicken : 350 shanghai chicken : 450 rice bowls: 650 roast beef sandwich: 420 turkey: 300 ham and swiss: 450 ultimate: 500 (45g Protein) potbelly turkey breast, wheat, swiss, lettuce, pickle, tomato, mustard 468 36
  17. hey dude, we made it private after awhile, but since you aren't showing up on my list of people to invite, i can make it public again.
  18. I'll be a the hotel thurs morning/afternoon. Depends on how solid the OCU rehearsals go, timewise. Can't wait to hang out with you guys!
  19. When I checked earlier this year, it was around 100 a month, and I think the second half of the year has been a little less than that, but still 80+.
  20. How did everyone do over the holiday? I didn't make it out completely unscathed, but over the 2 day holiday for me, I only went over by about 1500 calories, which is definitely not the end of the world. Back to the gym today, it'll be lighter weight than normal, since the weird workweek means the office is empty and I won't have a spotter. Next week is MAG, and i'll see what kindof gym facilities the Gaylord has, though I am thinking it'll be a ton of pushups, lol.
  21. This thread is now about resolutions for the second half of December! I resolve to hit 9.0%BF by Jan 1. More important than resolutions themselves, is the actual plan that puts goals into actions: That would be 1.5lb of just fat, without losing water or muscle weight. With my BMR at about 1,933kcal, and with the goal deficit of 5,250 spread over 12 days, that's a daily allocation of 438kcal deficit a day. My lifts average about 536 kcal burned per session, which is 4 days a week. On lifting days, I can intake up to 2,031kcal, and 1,501 on days where I sit on my butt. My meals are exactly the same every day but have some wiggle room for dinners: (kcal, protein, food item!) 120 24 whey + water 150 5 oats 200 26 yogurt 270 20 bar 320 24 subway 6 inch 320 24 subway 6 inch 280 40 whey + soymilkz daily baseline 1660 163
  22. I was considering bringing mine, I assume you have mouthpieces and reeds?
  23. I did them at the gym, and my bone mass is definitely more than 7ish lbs, it'll take several more measurements to get a more accurate reading, but i'd guess that'd be closer to 20 lbs for my height and build, including marrow. That or I am actually a bird. Im not sure if it includes marrow or not, but I am pretty certain that is the heavy part. The best way to get super-accurate results on this sortof measurement is have a doctor do them with way better tools than a cool scale. With time you can get decent measurements from the scales, but they are better used as a benchmark for tracking progress than a perfect reference. Also, I am totally a FF monk. I'll be critting for 9999 in no time!
