omg I love you.. I hate it when people say the wii is nintendo's worst idea, and its gonna die... I really dont understand those kind of ideas, when you still cant find a fucking wii in any store

So I've started work on my new album entitled "Just A Little Trance" (the name might change, seing as if anybody here remixes stuff, there might be other genres than trance ). Anyways, long story short, I think it would be awesome if I could get some local OCers to remix any one of my songs for the album. The album is going to be a nonstop mix album, so any remix must be mixable (i.e.. some sort of intro and outro). So, if you would like to be featured on the album (and I hope you do), just head over to www.djsbx.com, and pick something of mine to remix (either something from the originals section, or something from my first cd, which is a free download). I will be happy to provide a midi to whoever would like to remix something. (And if you work with reason, I can just give you the file itself) Oh yea, this is gonna be a free downloadable album, just to get myself, and other peoples sounds out there (This will also push me to make my best so that I can measure up to you really good producers ) Edit: Oh yea, The "deadline" for this, is in about 6 months XD.

ohh ok, so you want to know if you record (say with a keyboard) into reason, can you record step by step? IF thats the case, then not exactly. What you can do, is turn on Quantization, and set it to a note value (i.e. 16th note) what this will do, is whenever you hit a note on the keyboard (which will be read in to reason), it will like it up to the closest 16th note that you hit it at. Same for any other note value (8th,32nd,etc). I hope thats what you were asking.

I'm not quite sure what you mean by that. Can you elaborate a bit more perhaps?

personally I dont understand why people like fl's piano roll better than reason? Is it just the fact that you can insert and delete without ... OH NOES!! PRESSING ANOTHER KEY TO CHANGE THE TOOL?!?!? OMG!!!.. aside from that.. I really dont get why ppl like fl's piano roll better.. Ive used both quite a lot and I still say reasons is better XD..

hmm.. well I Dont think we can save or render... its weird I saw posts on the forums about the save function doing weird things, and this guy has a reason 4 song on myspace apparantly.

Beta 2 is out now I'm not sure, but from what ive read, I think you can save and/or render stuff now

So I just rented some drums because Ive always been fascinated in learning them. I played (in like sets of 10-20 min) 4 times now. The vid Im linking to was my 3rd time. Check it out XD

*sigh*... ok so heres the deal at the moment. So lately ive been really busy. So i havent been able to work on it. I opened it up today to try to do something, but for some reason I just couldnt do anything . I did do one thing. Right before the 6/8 part I bit crush everything and lead into a recording of the actual NES song which I sampled from the actual game. Then I bit crush back in to the 6/8 part. Though the tranitions are ass... I think I need somebody to help me with transitions
