A Final Fantasy Adventure song by BGC with few reviews? What blasphemy! This is a pretty well done song - I love the upbeat mystique that characterizes the atmosphere.

Leave it to Ty to do things differently from Bladiator! My main complaint is that this seems too short. I feel like it doesn't really go anywhere because of that .

The title is somewhat misleading at first, with the slow intro, but it picks up the pace. The title really brings a contemporary image of the first half of the 1900s in mind. I don't really have any complaint - this does a nice job in its approach.

Where do you see this deal? Edit: Oh, it was already done? Wish I knew about this deal...

It's a shame this song hasn't gotten so much attention, much less the game. Seiken Densetsu 3 had a nice soundtrack. Aside from my irrelevant gripes, This is a nice orchestral take on the source - it honestly could fit in many modern RPGs and not skip a beat in being out of place. Just a well done track.

I do agree with some of the previous comments in that this mix does what it sets out to do well. Unfortunately, most people who visit the site don't seem terribly interested in it if it doesn't catch their ears with a nice hook, and perhaps I'm guilty of it some as well. This isn't the type of song that one might listen to over and over on repeat, but it nails much of what it is about, so I don't really have much beef here.

Maybe it's just me, but is the volume too low on this song? I'm not sure why, but this song is making me think of Ninja Gaiden (the NES one). That isn't a bad thing! I did have a problem with the ending - such a quick drawdown really rubbed off as out of place to me, just the opposite of DA's thoughts there.

I'm not familiar with the original source, but I can't say this caught my ears terribly much. The orchestration is too minimal IMO to really stand out.

I'm not familiar with the original, but this sounds like a nice song. As per my usual complaints with older songs, this song just seems too short to me. Otherwise though, I like the approach this mix takes.

As Kyle responded above, there will of course be a torrent! I'm going to hype this up by saying you probably won't be disappointed - people did a phenomenal job, and I really can't state enough how happy I am with everyone's effort. It's truly something that I feel honors the original work pretty well.

So one thing that really bothers me is that around the 3:40 mark, you had a fairly full thing going on beforehand and then around then it suddenly just stops, only to then go on with more stuff. The way it accomplished that, with an incongruous build back toe a more filling sound really rubs me the wrong way here, especially when it goes on to end with a fadeout ending. I also am not terribly happy with the sample quality, with one particular instrument using too high of a frequency, and the low bassline used fairly uninventively, especially at the start where it had no business starting the song.

On first listen, I don't really feel like there's much here. It doesn't do a terribly great job of filling out the sound throughout the whole song.

So one thing I notice with this song is that the volume is too low, even for such a mellow track. It definitely should've been raised across the board. This captures the original in a mellow fashion, but I feel like it is too short and just ends. I would've liked to hear more, as this plods fairly slowly, so it never even gets the chance to develop into much more than the original.

As far as Mega Man games go, I feel like MMX2 never gets love . Easily my favorite of them all.

I like this - it stays fairly true to the original source in its mystique and exotic sound that makes one think of the moon, or space at the least.

This isn't an 8-bit instrumental! So from what I can tell, this is fairly minimalistic. My main problem though is that it's too short, and it doesn't really go further from the original source. Definitely not a fan of this unfortunately.

Strange, I don't really recognize the source off the bat - perhaps I forgot it since it has been a while. This really has a happy sound to it - for some reason though, I feel like this song could've taken things further and just was too short. I would've liked to see some more development like the tail part of this mix, as it was promising more to the song and then it just ends.
