Easy way to beat this game; Mario (with Lazy Shell) Peach (with Lazy shell armor... and of course the frying pan) Bowser ^This team can beat anything. I often swap out bowser for Geno though, just because Geno is amazing. Geno for Brawl! Also, I don't know if I've ever used a single Kerokerocola... I compulsively save them in case I need them at some point, I don't even use them on smithy for some reason...

*sigh* What did you think a MIDI controller did!? You record the notes that you play into patterns! Press the big Dot button on the Trasport bar, now press play, now hit a bunch of notes, hit stop. Voila!

Wall jumping would let you get to some places you shouldn't be able to, that's why it could only be unlocked after beating the game or something. Excellent job on the storyline too, as well as the whole passive/aggressive story changes. I'm pretty sure I'm going through listed as aggressive right now. I'll give more critique after I beat it, I'm on the last level right now.

How you made it through the puzzles in bowser's castle is beyond me... Sidenote: Jinx is awesome.

OCR TF2: New Server forthcoming - new server IPs and other stuff
Zephyr replied to Bahamut's topic in General Discussion
Thanks powerlord, I've been able to get a few people to test them and it's really been helpful! -
Sweet game for freeware, I love it so far, (just beat sector 6) here are my concerns and suggestions so far; -I'd really like to be able to jump and shoot, I think it would make the game feel a lot more immersive and a little less annoying, -I think Iji should be a little faster, okay... quite a bit faster, it would just help with playability and make it less boring on 2nd/3rd times through. -This is just an extra thing, but if Iji could wall jump that would be wicked! It would make the game a lot more "fun" and you could just run around (with a faster Iji) and kick butt. Even if this was an extra after you beat the game it would be sweet. -If the bikes could jump it would be a lot more fun. -I love the music and how it comes with the game in a folder -I love the artistic style in the cutscenes, but I definitely think the character models in-game could look a lot better. Keep up the good work, I'll go through more of the game later, this is sweet for freeware. -Zephyr~ endorses this project with the official nice work seal (except this one isn't sarcastic.)

OCR TF2: New Server forthcoming - new server IPs and other stuff

Just finished a new release of my map, ctp_epsilon_a2, I did some simple texturing, not a lot of detail, but it's a start. I also fixed up some gameplay quirks and added a better HUD. Check it out if you get the chance, it's best played with a mostly full server as it's a large map. If you have any suggestions let me know. And if Bahamut could replace the previous a1 version with this one, that would be great thanks! download link + pictures; http://forums.tf2maps.net/downloads.php?do=file&id=632 -
I hit 386 after a few minutes, I might come back to this if I get bored, those "maximum hookers" are pretty good... Love the music BTW. Keep up the good work!

OCR TF2: New Server forthcoming - new server IPs and other stuff

I'm okay with it, every once in a while it's nice to have the playing field leveled for all! Not to mention with these new scores I managed to get back up to and past my previous rank. -
So, how many of you are just playing this for the first time now with Wii VC? Does the game still stand up to today's standards? I bought the game back when it came out and I'm still loving it!

Perhaps not badwater three times in there aswell, although it is a good map. -
I think Edison is probably better in most ways, it is a dedicated WAV editor. I use edison for all recording.
-
If it's from edison, just click save file as and pick the spot, if you're not talking about edison, then which files are you talking about?

annoying scrub sound and scrolling view edison
Zephyr replied to Lunahorum's topic in Music Composition & Production
Under "format" in the edison menus, change the tempo to (or autodetect) the tempo of the sample, then the grid lines will change to the tempo that is set. You can change what things snap to in the snap menu. -

Another quick way to turn off auto scrolling is simply right-clicking on blank space inside the piano roll or playlist. As for the edison scrub wheel I'm not sure if that can be turned off, perhaps just press stop more than pause. -

I've never minded turbine terribly, although if you don't have the right skill level or amount of people playing it can get annoying. Convoy was fun, but I can't see myself playing it very often, it just didn't really click with me. -
My suggestion; one word = Super Mario Role-Playing-Game the Legend of the Seven Stars. It just came out on Wii VC as well.

So, are we still doing this custom day/night thing tomorrow? It sounds like fun. -

I managed to get a sentry up in the hallway to B on gravel pit the other day, It was annoying for them, but it wasn't in their spawn and they could always go the other way, so I didn't consider it spawn camping. It was a good defense there though. -
Hey everyone, just letting you know FL Studio is having a "Yard Sale" and are giving 40% of on most items, as well as throwing in a free copy of Ogun, their brand new synthesizer for the next 2 weeks. It's a great deal, but I'm flustered. I currently have 144$ Vcash, and upgrade to XXL for me is 150$ and they won't let me pay part of it with something else, so if I want it that leaves me to pay all of it myself and let my Vcash go to waste. If any of you are interested in the offer, I can offer you an extra 10% if you use this affiliation link, and I'll earn the little bit of Vcash that I need to not get screwed over. Thanks for any takers, you're saving me here! Link: http://affiliate.image-line.com/BDJJJAJ495 Sorry mods if this is bad, but I'm gonna get screwed over otherwise.

@chadly I'm currently using F, I haven't run into any real problems, I might switch over to shift yet though... V has become my "noclip" key when testing maps. -

I'm not sure what my position on the advertising would be, I agree that the OCR server is very often full as it is, and that it probably doesn't need more advertising. I'm definitely not against ZUZ either, as I'm friends with a few of them and they're all good players, I'm not sure what the situation is with their server, but I rather just avoid advertisements altogether if possible. If it's in the server info screen or in the first post in the thread or something I've got not problems with it. -
