I don't really understand the whole left hand thing. When you play NES, for example, you're forced to control direction with your left thumb. There's just no way around that (Unless you use an Advantage or something), so that's just how video games are. Unless you mean using a stylus/pen in your right hand is difficult, which I understand, but again, unless they let you control movement with ABXY (Like they did in MP:H) then again, you don't really have a choice... As for the astigmatism, I also have slight astigmatism and where contacts, and I can see the 3D and play for about an hour on full before my eyes get a little tired.

I've found the Surround sound even better. In Steel Diver, it really sounds like there's water and bubbles all around you. It's pretty good in Face Raiders too.

I was very pleased with the story, although they definitely could have gone more in depth with the morality of pokemon battles. Maybe in Grey version? (Is it Gray or Grey?) I actually had a cool idea the other night for the 3DS pokemon games. First of all, they should be full 3D, character models and realistically sized cities. No more 'tile/gird' movement, and the trainers should be customizable. The battles are what really need to change, though. It would still be turn based, but you could stratagize much more. Imagine an arena where you can freely move your pokemon around. There would be 3 'zones/rings' around the enemy pokemon: Close, middle, and far. In close you would have increased attack but lowered accuracy and defence, middle would be normal, and far would be lowered attack but increased defence and accuracy. Also, when using an impact move (Like tackle) you could knock the pokemon into debris such as rocks to cause extra damage. TL;DR: pokemon 3DS needs to be really different.

Wait, how do you get an extra of any of those legendaries?

I thought the black screen of death was only for when you use a flash cart or something on it. You could try phoning Nintendo. They replaced my DSi for me because one of the styluses it came with had a lose bit of plastic and scratched the screen. For free, even.

@ The Damned: Ah well, that's too bad. That really would have helped out people who can't see the 3D anyways. Here in Canada, the games are just $40, the same as DS games, which was a pleasant surprise.

Haha, yeah, I've got a bit of a headache in a very specific spot too When I started playing Pilotwings, I had full 3D, and it was AWESOME, but after a while, I had to tone it down. I really love that slider. I was able to get in about 3 1/2 hours after a full charge before it started flashing red. During that time, I had brightness at 3, power saving mode off, Wi-Fi on, I played all the built in software, a few DS games, and kept switching between 3D and 2D. Yeah, about what I expected. if you turned off 3D, wifi, turned on power-saving mode, etc, you should get about 5 hours. 3D pictures are awesome. Looking forward to taking 3D movies! EDIT: You can turn off 3D permanently through parental controls. The system made a couple clicking sounds, the 3D light turned off, and moving the slider does nothing. I have a feeling that doing this could also extend battery life. I mean, now it's not doing double rendering just in case you turn 3D on.

Just realized there's no alarm clock feature. Seems like a pretty obvious and simple thing to include, I mean, every DS has had it.

My right button is clicky, but not the left. I guess all my good luck finally caught up with me At least it works, even if it doesn't have a satisfying sound. EDIT: OOOHHH MYYYY GOOOSH THE 3D IN PILOTWINGS IS AMAAAAZING!!!!!!

I do wish that they could make games that use 3D as a core gameplay mechanic, though. I mean, some people can't play Zelda Skyward Sword (People with damaged arms or other health issues), so are they segmenting their audience? To anyone with a 3DS: Is the music video by OK GO that came with the update in true 3D, or has it just been converted?

Hey! I finished my first public album and wanted to share it! It's a sort of chill-out/alternative/ambient style of music, and I had a lot of fun using limited tools! http://www.host-a.net/u/Overflow/The%20Pelagic%20Zone.zip I made it entirely using Electroplankton(DS), Korg DS-10+(DS), Beat it!(iOS) and the GameBoy Camera. Here's a preview: I think it turned out pretty well. My artist name is GameBird because I felt Overflow wasn't that memorable, and I think Overflow is used already. I have considered asking the mods to change my username to GameBird, but for now I'll just let you know that GameBird/Overflow are both me It's free to download and share with your friends, but please give me credit for it if you use some songs for anything of yours. Awesome! It turns out that black and white CAN go online through WAP security when played on a DSi! I don't think any other DS games can do this; they all require WEP or the USB adapter! I hope they do this for whatever new DS game come out form now on.
