I just stumbled a free DAW on the internet called DarkWave Studio. It has MIDI and VST Support (and it has a piano roll), and for guys who are not in a position to spend money on electronic music applications, this looks pretty neat. I might try it out myself and take a break from FL Studio (because it is killing my CPU). Not sure if I'm allowed to post a link to a freeware/shareware download site, but I will say that a quick search for "DarkWave Studio 3.0" on google will give you tons of download links. Does anyone use this and would like to input their own opinions about it?

Ho Ly Crap Sir I would've thought these were from genesis games, for sure. 0_0 When your sample quality decreases, it lets us see how great a COMPOSER you are rather than how great you are as a producer. (not that it wasn't a given that you're a good composer)

There is severe panning to the right. :/ Hurting my right ear since I have headphones. There also seems to be an excessive bit of reverb. The guitar's also a bit loud and clips the soundscape. (also too much reverb, makes it sound huge)

I gained one level at around 500. I assumed that going to great amounts would give me more levels. After 6000 steps at school today, I received one level. It's definitely a set amount.

Forgot to say that my processor is single core. lol I wish I could use the FL Studio interface but have the soundbanks/synths and efficiency of Reason. But I only have de Reason demo.

Wait so that means a lot of demo songs that come with FL use 20 wav samples and 5 VST's to make one kick drum

I got it two years ago. 1.6 Ghz processor 1.5 GB RAM It's a laptop. I didn't really expect the song to run on this computer, but I'm interested in why I can run Reason 4 stuff with no CPU effort while "Just Hold On" kills my computer.

I set it to Linear and it was still choppy (both the sound and the response from the computer). This also happens on some other demo songs. I'm using ASIO drivers on both and I set FL to max buffer, but it didn't help. :/ Why is Reason not as intensive on my processor?

Why is it that I can't run Zirc's "Just Hold On" song in FL Studio 9 but I can run and play more than 3 full Reason 4 demo projects?

When I first read the "reserve to get a Ho-oh or Lugia" after the game was already released I was like NOOOOOOOOOOO and then I saw "figurine" And I was like "Oh okay. ^^" By the way it doesn't list Lugia as exclusive to Soul Silver, question mark?

There's a difference between Sheet Music made out of a MIDI and Sheet Music. I don't think any converter would give you "real" sheet music out of a MIDI. (just note lengths and pitches)
