I am. Count me in. Haven't heard from Tommy yet but he's a busy guy so that's understandable.

We're going to target Friday as the "official" meetup date, but I may well go both days; I just shot an email off to Tommy about doing something like we did in Philly. As far as getting any sort of free or backstage passes, that's probably not doable, as they need all the ticket sales they can get given the rather high cost of renting an orchestra (in this case, the NSO!!), but hopefully there can be something "special" for OCR peeps in attendance. Hopefully I'll hear back soon and we can make this official. Once we do, getting 20 people together for a group buy should be much easier... in fact, we may need to coordinate several group buys.

The pretzel, being an old fogey and thus somewhat behind in the times more often than he'd like to admit, purchased GH2 4 360 last night. I only played Guitar Hero for the first time a week ago, and am still a bona fide n00b, but I can at least get through some of the easier songs on hard. Wish they had some more classic rock selections, tho.

Absolutely. I'll be talking w/ Tommy. We could potentially do meetups on both dates, depending on which people can make it when.

Good times; I was honestly a little tired, and wary of navigating my way out of Baltimore to Delaware that same night for Easter w/ the fam, so was a little more reserved than usual, but still had a good time. Can't wait to see the video for our Ice Crapella groove - definitely needs to be YouTubed!

Ditto that - this is what the pretzel is watching right now, and I'm lovin' it. Dostoevsky meets CLAMP meets Agatha Christie. There are VERY few holes in a plot that takes a lot of twists and turns but never feels cheap and always explains itself in detail but without feeling dumbed-down. Don't be fooled into thinking it's a supernatural show, either; while the premise necessitates many elements of the occult and the existence of "Death Gods", the episode-to-episode action is traditional murder-mystery detective/nemesis intrigue of the highest order.

Then an update comes along and breaks it... also, frankly, I'm a little bit tired of people saying something "wouldn't be too hard" when I'm the one they're saying should do it... if it's not too hard, find me an existing vB plugin that does the same thing, or write one yourself. All too often people are telling me things are easy, but never doing the work involved. It's like a double insult: if you do that, it won't be impressive, because it's easy, and even though it's easy, I have absolutely no intention of helping you At least that's the trend I see
