Yeah, once you hit mid-levels in pretty much any MMO, a single quest or party-outing requires at least 2 hours of uninterrupted playing. Or in some of my major quests, 5+ hours, which is just stupid.

Probably any MMO, with the exception of one. 50% of people who play MMOs have given up on life and want to game all day. Dealing with those hostile people in Guild Wars, WoW, etc. sucked. I was also scammed out of my money like five times in GW for some reason. Final Fantasy XI Online was the exception. Great user base, never scammed once, freakishly helpful people.

Look through every major company's website in the world and tell me if Comic Sans is in any of them. Comic Sans has the personality of a 12-year-old boy screaming at you in Call of Duty. Type your name out in Helv-... in Palatino. Then type it in comic sans. You'll feel strangely insulted looking at the comic sans one. Palatino should make you feel like a published author.

Sweet idea but for the love of god, do not use Comic Sans anywhere. The ads are rampant, and the white layout says nothing about the site as well. It's fun to poke around.. just needs streamlined.

I think they're amazing but you need get your butt in the MLP thread in off-topic. These are direct covers more than anything, and OCR doesn't do covers. Plus, not everyone understands the pony thing outside of off-topic ;p Thanks for the nostalgia though.

Obligatory post about how every Pokemon game is a remake in the first place.

He reunited art and technology after we kind of forgot they could and should go hand in hand. And I'm also in a little shock he's gone. I've never really felt much from a "celebrity" death until Jobs here. He seems like someone who my generation grew up with for so long.

Only someone from OCR could spend $2500 in PC games and still avoid MW2 or BC2. I think I've logged the most time into MW2 and after that Majesty 2. Dragon Age: Origins would be there too but I have a physical copy.

Then you'll probably like Witcher 2. I liked Witcher 1 but it took me several hours to warm up to. I found the battle system to be pretty fun, which I guess is akin to saying I'm a practicing Nazi in the gaming world.

Genuinely disturbed by the lack of Witcher 2 in these libraries. Not so much by the total cost. $2,000 for months of entertainment? Sounds good.

I was cornered by one of those musical monkeys that hold the cymbals. I remember that day like it was the day it happened on. It just kept bashing those things together for hours and hours, inches from my face. Eventually the monkey's owner, some fat guy with a music box, came up to me real close and said "FL studio and the monkey will go" Of course I had no idea what he meant at the time but I got my ass out of there. I did look up FL studio when I got home and for fear of the monkey started learning it. Man I've never shared that with anyone before

Yeah I just don't like "Up" and "success" being in the same sentence because I thought it was perty bad for a Pixar film. Of course, shit is subjective and your simile still made sense so... how bout that romace, eh? I hope they play it out throughout the whole game like they did in Paper Mario. You know, how they'd do cutscenes with Princess Peach in captivity and she was all sadness about it. Except don't make Zelda playable.. just cool cutscenes.

I never played Other M but considering Link and gang are still silent, implication can still be a big part of the storytelling. It's a sweet opportunity to do some very Pixar-y storytelling where most of the message is communicated through actions, the environment and music. I just think it's lookin' good so far.
