I would of thought that they are discouraged IF the original source is chiptune itself. Because of regardless of how amazing the remix may be it wont pass due to using the same style as the original. The issue i see with this however is not due to chiptune itself but all other genres. If the source is orchestra and the remix is also orchestra would this also be discouraged?

This is a real shame, i hadn't seen much of his artwork but i had seen reminded me of Salvador Dali's style of quirkiness to bring the lifeless to life. Jean seemed to have relentless untapped imagination. As an amateur art lover that i am i can't bring justice to his work or his skills as an artist. Have you ever heard of the protomen? the two albums they created really bring a rather deep story to the megaman franchise. The whole of humanity being enslaved was used in these songs but without actually naming a single robot master. but to answer your question its a tricky one. Gravity man for obvious reasons Magnet man because he could potentially control the magnetic power of the entire world. Flash man he has the power to stop time itself. Thats the main ones i can think of atm.

The issue is that the skin tight suit makes sense logistically seeing as if your wearing all that Armor you need something that makes the armor not get caught on either your own skin or on clothing underneath. I get what you mean though a t-shirt and jeans idea would look less eyecandy and more character defining.

Thanks. Personally i don't mind that really, the unplugged songs especially are meant to sound like that aren't they? I gotta admit tho alot of the songs seem to be catching me off guard when they end. That's my only gripe so far, non-conclusive endings.

i still have yet to check out this album in full even tho i downloaded it yesterday, its 4 hours worth of music(apparently) i got as far as the final egg remix, personally i'm glad someone made this thread to spread this remix around, the first remix alone is damn awesome. well worth a good listen atleast.

To be honest with you its a built in response. That is as you could call it, cultural brainwashing. I do hold doors open for everyone but usually if a girl asks for something i will usually go out of my way to get it I don't think that type of sexism is bad but pff i really don't know anymore.

The difference is racism means general hatred of a certain race, the sexism being talked about at the moment isn't hatred at all, kinda the opposite really.

The true question is. What WILL improve the situation? Getting all miffed and on our high horses about it? Trust me no one will listen to a person who is angry. If your going to get on your high horse you have to be calm about it. The only true way to fight it in the industry is either become part of the industry and change it from that side or fight it with your wallet. So yeah, if something in a game is sexist, ignore the game. no money means the company has lost out alot of money because of a character being labeled sexist.
