It really isn't worth it if you want to play the actual Monkey Ball game single-player. The sensitivity of the Wii Controller is so high it is near impossible to play and have fun. I recommend Super Monkey Ball 2 if you want to play the single-player game if you can still find it in your local store. On the other hand the multi-player is the best I have found this side of Wario Ware.

I really like the final scene of the episode when one of the Catholics said about Saint Peter's heir on the throne, "He doesn't have anything to say... maybe that's what Jesus meant all along."

I don't know if you guys consider the SEGA Genesis' Gain Ground to be a crap game nowadays (it is on the Virtual Console for download) but the cooperative multiplayer is Gauntlet meets Ogre Battle. Try getting to level 4 and lasting long... it gets pretty tough!

Guitar Hero 2 for 360 comes out in March

Woot! I can't wait for some loud arena rock '80s sound! -
Is there a way you can bypass the region and download games that are available to Europe or Japan?

] Amen to that!

Would there be any way to port this to the XBOX like Beats of Rage? I really would like to play with a gamepad.

An OCR new year - Resolutions? (Happy New Years!)
Ruth Loose replied to Pi_R_Squared's topic in General Discussion
My resolution is to read between 15-20 great novels of the English language from 1750-Present between now and 2008... I figure it will make me at least be able to make more obscure dinner party references... -
Mark me down for hicks.

I cannot say for certain that your method works 100% but another forum-goer has attempted this and it worked. Supposedly, you can re-download games you delete if you ever do. I enjoyed Gunstar Heroes. Altered Beast is crap. Not much to say on the rest though. I recommend Gunstar Heroes as it has amazing single and multi-player action. After that get Super Castlevania IV or Toe Jam & Earl.

In many gamers' eyes, Zelda Link's Awakening is still the standard. On a lighter note: Does anyone know if the Virtual Console controller will be playable on certain Wii titles? I would hate to spend $20 a piece on these beauties only to not be able to use them on Smash Bros. Brawl. EDIT: The controllers do work on certain games such as SSB:B and DBZ:Tenkaichi 2

And... Tentacle Santa to come and give all the good little girls a special surprise!

Same here. I can't wait for Wario Ware to come out, but until then, I'm casually playing Wii Sports every now and then with friends, but mostly going back to my PS2. God, does Guitar Hero EVER get old? One of the best values I ever got out of a game. Me three. Good thing I got a new XBox 360 & Gears of War for the moment. And Guitar Hero is just fun to pick up and play...who knows when it'll get old, especially if they keep releasing games, although MTV recently bought out Harmonix . Guitar Hero is DDR 2.0 (with your hands instead of your feet) only this time it is cool! For those bored with the Wii try out Madden's mini games... great way to waste time until Monday when the new VC games are released.

Did anyone else take advantage of the Wii's split controller to make TP a two-player co-op game? It is so awesome to have to coordinate your attacks to kill a boss and actually add some challenge to this game.

Is the browser tied to the internal memory in any manner? If not, I can't see how the spyware can save itself to your Wii...

I would recommend trying Toys 'R' Us as I just walked in and they had a heap of Wiimotes, Nunchucks, and classic controllers. They also had a healthy selection of games in the store.

I still need to make the siggie but... 5665 2837 3895 5662 is my Wii's Number and I would be more than happy to add you and vice versa.

OCR01390 - Super Metroid "Energy Tank"
Ruth Loose replied to djpretzel's topic in ReMix Reviews & Comments
I can't stop listening to this mix either. High quality work that goes from adventure to action to resolution so adroitly. I can feel Samus attempting to survive this "boss battle" at first and then coming back to serve the alien all the pain the Chozos can dish out! -
OCR01346 - Sonic the Hedgehog "Live at the Springyard"

This is The Rippingtons do Sonic! Hawtness. Definately going to be on my playlist for a long, long time! -

We have done Donkey Kong, Sonic 2, Super Metroid... let's do Streets of Rage II or how about something even more smashing like Super Mario Bros. 3...
