Ultimate Guitar Kit 2 (~28mb sf2) Have a free guitar soundfont. I got this off of The Auditorium before they neutered the sample section of their forums. I don't recall who the original author was, though. In any case, enjoy.

I have alliance toons on bloodscalp. I have a lvl 24 priest there, and my brother has a lvl 48 rogue. But I don't play WoW anymore (I'll probably pick it up again after the expansion comes out though).

The Audiophile 24/96 is good stuff. And the E-Mu 0404 is also a good alternative. You can't really go wrong with either one.

ack. all my hunter's RAP comes from AGI so... I just pretty much got my DPS halved? well bullocks to that. extremely lame if you ask me. quite disappointing. i imagine all future raid whore hunter gear will be compensated with regular AP, but levelling to 70 as a gimp is not going to be fucking cool. not to mention trying to PvP as a gimp. they shouldn't have "fixed" what wasn't broken. also i have never played FFXI so i have no idea what you're talking about in relation to the "thief" crud. all these hunter changes seem like they're actually leaning towards making melee hunters more viable (think about it... focusing on raw AP rather than ranged alone). however moving aimed shot to survival makes no sense at all. edit: i just got around to reading the druid talents... holy crap. i may just have to respec to either resto or oomkin (although the improved leader of the pack is also very nice). i'm curious as to what the tree of restoration looks like. that seems kind of interesting... mass amounts of instant heals. you should be able to cast innervate too at least, but still it should be pretty interesting. i may have to respec just to try it out.

damn i have the same problem. well it's not completely kaput, but i need a full set of strings and i need to reset the floating trem (which is like a 6 hour process in one setting when done properly). i was actually gonna ask you if maybe you could provide some recordings to help me finish my FF7 track if needed as a last resort. but i guess i'll have to figure something else out fancy guitar soundfont + guitar rig 2 here we go!

I'm not saying I don't believe you. I'm saying that I don't think his processor's speed is the problem. Maybe the RAM isn't his problem, but since my 1.7 GHz can run 10 samples with Garage Band, I can't imagine that the processing speed is the problem, considering his is twice as fast as mine. i'm guessing you're using EWQLSO Silver. he's using Gold. Gold is 6 times bigger. and also, you're using a mac. i'm assuming he's using a PC. you're comparing apples and oranges here mate.

step 1.) bend over, put your head between your legs. step 2.) pucker up. step 3.) ??????????? step 4.) profit in other words, you are screwed. the creators of SFPack pretty much disappeared off the face of the planet. and to the best of my knowledge, nobody has tried to pick up after them. so that leaves SFPack a pretty much dead format.

of course the two classes I play are the last two to get their spells & skills (hunter & druid). oh well. i've pretty much given up WoW for the time being. i'll definately be coming back when the expansion is released though. in the mean time, planetside reserves (its like... free)! that is, of course, unless someone wants to hook a brother up with a BC alpha key
