  1. Despite being a massive fan of Zelda music (OoT and MM's are one of my favorites), I had somehow never heard of this track. It's a simple farm/country style track from Majora's Mask; I remade it and added a few things to make it unique. Hope you give it a listen if you haven't heard the original before! -Juke
  2. A remake of Ordon Ranch from Twilight Princess, with just a touch of Zelda's theme in the middle to make it special.
  3. Here's my remake of the Hateno Village theme from BotW, the version played during the night. The original is just a little bit slower...I sped it up a tad to keep it under 4 minutes. I still think it captures a slower/softer feeling than the original. Just like my Hateno Day version, I added in the Kakariko Village theme and Zelda Theme the second time around, both which fit in pretty well with the original. I used some of the game ambience. Hope you enjoy! Constructive criticism welcome.
  4. Nice. I like the extra parts added in the second half which make it seem more upbeat than the original or the remake version. I'm obviously not as well trained as some of the judges to make intelligent comments on the frequencies of the track, but nothing stuck out to me in a glaring way. Maybe invest in a solid eq that can show you the overall balance of the mix and see if certain freqs are too strong or over represented.
  5. Thanks! Added video. Here's a folder with a no-drums version, and a no drums/no Zelda (gasp) loop version. Feel free to play around. https://drive.google.com/open?id=1ZnS8F1t6HlHbxIokU7II5X8nVXhw6a9t
  6. Ladies and gentlemen, I present you the very first Super Black Bass 3 remix! Jk, but this seems to be an obscure SNES title. I couldn't even find the individual track on youtube, let alone other remixes of it. Didn't see anything on this site either, but I could've missed something. I've never played this game, but I stumbled upon the track while listening through a relaxing SNES music compilation by SNES Drunk (highly recommended), and I thought I could do something with it. Classic remake with a few of my own touches and some ambiance. I really enjoyed this track, and gave the OST a listen and found a few gems. If you like SNES music, it's definitely worth a try: If anyone out there wants to build/collab on this, let me know and I can provide my stems. Seems like there's a lot of solo/freestyle potential in this track! I'm also trash with drums (just used basic FL Studio loops), so I'm sure anyone could improve. Hope someone enjoys my rendition or at least finds a cool new (old) OST! -Juke
  7. A simple renaissance style remake of the Castle Town/Hyrule Market theme from The Legend of Zelda, Ocarina of Time. Based on the lutes and recorders, but I added a little liberty with some background strings and modern woodwinds. When I hear this melody, I picture the town and it's fountain; adventure and exploration. If my remake makes you want to run up next to the market musicians and start dancing I've done my job. Koji Kondo made a seriously catchy tune with this one. Hope my version captured some of that magic.
  8. A simple remake of one of the most beautiful themes in gaming. Pretty true to the original with a few gentle touches. I used 'Enter Zelda' as the intro and 'Ocarina of Time' as the outro, since I plan on making the credits theme soon. Hope you enjoy it!
  9. Soundcloud: A simple remake of one of my favorite Zelda tunes. Nothing crazy done in the remix; hope it brings back some good memories! -Juke
  10. My remix and remake of Frappe Snowland from Mario Kart 64, mixed with Sherbet Land from Mario Kart Double Dash (the best Mario kart).
  11. Sounds great for a first attempt at production. I'm not an expert in EQ myself, but EQ doesn't seem to be a problem in the current track. Unfortunately, I think that's because everything is a little quiet (not fully brought out). I'd recommend just playing around with EQ settings to try and get something that sounds best to you while not exceeding certain limits. FL Studio is a great DAW for production, imo.
  12. Thanks! Just submitted; I changed a few settings to try and get a cleaner sound, and made sure the ending fades out properly.
  13. Thanks! And I agree - I think this theme should've been brought back in BOTW or other games, maybe for a few unique houses at least.
  14. A simple and relaxing remake of Kakariko Village from the Legend of Zelda, Ocarina of Time. I turned it into something like a waltz, and added a touch of Zelda's theme. Hope you enjoy it! -Juke
  15. Hey all, I made a simple remake of one of my favorite tracks from Skyward Sword. I added Zelda's lullaby to the tune since it fit so well in my opinion. Hope you enjoy it! -Juke
  16. Hey everyone, I made a simple remake of one of my favorite tunes. I added in Zelda's theme as well, since it seemed to fit in well, and you also have to play Zelda's theme in OoT to summon the Great Fairies. Hope you enjoy it! -Juke
  17. Yes I do, you can download it on my SoundCloud for free! I believe its also in my GDrive folder, which on on the same page.
  18. This sounds beautiful, well done! This is one of the first pieces I learned on the piano, so it'll always bring back good memories. Your cover only made it sound more beautiful, so kudos.
  19. My remix and remake of "Home Sweet Home" from Earthbound or Mother 2. This game doesn't hold any nostalgia for me, as I've never played it, but the song really does. I think I first heard it on Josiah Everhart's channel, and I've loved the tune ever since. Hopefully, I was able to add a fresh and relaxing take on it, and you can enjoy it as much as I do. -Juke
  20. Beautifully made! Strong but clear music; I don't think I've heard this tune remade anything quite like this.
