    Download a BitTorrent client like uTorrent and run your torrents in that. I've never heard of copying a .torrent file into the search bar. That seems silly and I don't know why anyone would tell you that. http://www.utorrent.com/documentation/beginners-guide

    The very early parts of Puzzle Quest used to piss me off to no end. You can't find a decent match, do one match-three, and then watch as the computer gets three Heroic Efforts in a row, casts a bunch of turn skipping spells, and does a bunch of match-fours on red skulls. Also getting one-hit-killed with full health by anything other than a sniper headshot or spy backstab in TF2. How does a non-crit, non Direct Hit rocket kill me at full health? Blargh.

    EDIT: nvm Anyway if you're getting an Excess Clones ban it means that the IP you have had a lot of cloned connections in the past and was banned from their network. I assume that because you're at work, you can't just cycle your IP address, in which case you're probably out of luck. You could always set up a BNC, which is like connecting to IRC via proxy, but I don't have any experience in that so I couldn't help you.

    Yes. This guy scared the crap out of me in broad daylight. I turn around and he's RIGHT THERE. Also, any time you see another person in Riven, which is few and far between.

    Thanks for the kind words. Yellow Valkyrie specifically was made using free soundfonts and some default sounds from FLStudio, specifically Squidfont (for strings), TGSF (for dulcimer and other sounds), and Ellade Percussion (for the dirty sounding drums).     As for the sine wave: a sine wave sound really shouldn't be hard to create, as it's the one of the purest, most basic sound you can generate. Any synthesizer plugin should allow you to create a simple sine wave. YV's sine uses a little bit of portamento to give it that pitch-scooping sound on the attack.
