suzumebachi, i actually just took my OLD pc tower to the local computer shop to extract the data, as it's no longer connected to the internet nor has a cd burner. so i got some cds back with a lot of electronica drum wav samples, so i'm sittin pretty right now. but since you mentioned it, i think i'll host all my samples somwhere. there's probably only about 200 megs of drum samples in wav form, but that's still pretty good. almost all are samples i've gotten online over the years, but may be from pages that are no longer active so i guess you can download them and skim to see what you've already got. ps. what does 'bachi' mean? i know suzume is sparrow or something.

this song has been awesome through each reincarnation ocr's judges are simultaneously too stuck-up and low-brow for sweet songs like this. they have this 'major-label electronica/new age orchestral' thing going on, with a few exceptions this song should be one i think just rearranging the melody would be enough to constitute this as "ocr-worthy"

Hey I'm looking for electronica drum wavs. I've already got a bunch of retro electronica kits (rolands obviously, among many others), but am looking for a more contemporary sound. Anything is welcome, really, except maybe harsh industrial sounds. In case you're wondering, it would be especially up my alley if I could get sounds that resemble those used by Boards of Canada, DJ Krush, Autechre, Overcoat, and I guess just other interesting minimal/ambient/IDM/trip hop artists out there.

I'm trying to create some kind of 80's/90's hip hop monoglide sine synth thing. So I'm using the 3xOsc, and only using one of the oscillators. But I can't get the notes to slide in SS or PR. I know where the slide buttons are, but in SS they do nothing, and in PR they just mute the notes. I've tried clicking the Porta option in the 3osc window under Misc, and adjusting the Slide knob. This kind of does the job, but unfortunately, the first note of each sliding phrase somehow slides from the last note of the previous phrase, although there is a pause in between. I want to be able to just start a note on the note it's on, then have it slide from there, like it really would when you play a keyboard and press the 2nd note a split second before you release the first.

This is fucking awesome. I really love this. I can't say enough good about it. I think it'd be really sweet with some trip-hop style rap in it. Listen to Supreme Team by DJ Krush (feat. Antipop Consortium). Tripped out lyrical content delivered smoothly and with a peculiar rhythm.
