  1. I was thinking about Phoenix Wright music the other day so I wanted to just go at one and see what I came up with. I don't plan to add anything to it or do anything else to it but if you have any critiques they would still be appreciated for future reference.
  2. Final Fantasy VI 'Terra in Black' Wonderful guitar work and arrangement here. Definitely a top notch remix. The quality of the sound and arrangement is great. It's a shame I just don't like this remix, because if I couldn't get over the dirty feeling it gives me I'd probably really really like it... but after hearing Death on the Snow Field, this version of the theme just kinda feels wrong to me. But it's such high caliber composition I'm torn. This is the kind of file you download just to have on your hard drive and share, even if you don't like it.
  3. Bubble Bobble 'This Is Not a True Ending (Asphyxiation)' Personally, I think this mix is great especially that part that starts at about 0:54. Throughout the rest of the mix, the distortion makes it sound like really heavy guitars or something. And the best part about this mix is that if you don’t like this one, there is even another version with the same title without the Asphyxiation. Awesome work, Children of the Monkey Machine, keep it up.
  4. A piece I threw together and recorded at my house, I'm just looking for feedback on the composition more than the recording standards itself, But pointers on how to record are well taken as I don't really do Mixes. It was recorded in audacity too make it that much more disgusting. But thank you to everyone who listens too this, it's probably the first video game thing I have recorded properly in a while, and yes All parts bar the drums are real instruments, recorded one over the other.
  5. I have been working on music since about 2006 I think. Never had anyone teach me or was in band or anything. Just enjoy doing it and did it for years just to listen to myself. I seem to be unable to really purposely make anything of any specific genre. I kind of just do what I wish and something comes out. Anyways what are your opinions on this track? I think it might be too loud (I always worry because my hearing is bad and I don't have any monitors) but another thing, how can I get a cleaner sound? I have included a youtube and a soundcloud link as I know soundcloud has the ability to download and better sound quality. Some people prefer youtube though.
