Audity
I've been using the site for a long time now. But I just came across a song that blew them all out of the water. Ozric Tentacles - The Hidden Step. P.S. I created a Zircon station awhile ago. It's the most maxed out station I have, for some reason. Maybe I could share it. The Vagrance
Not Pandora but I've gotten into Edan, Busdriver, and These Arms Are Snakes because of last.fm

OceansAndrew
My best find so far on Pandora is probably Tevin Campbell. Completely amazing vocalist- I grabbed his whole catalog after hearing just one track. Check that phrase at 3:00 and the note at 3:30. http://www.imeem.com/ernestj/video/0l3zjB0t/tevin_campbell_tell_me_what_you_want_me_to_do_live_music_v/ So Metal. \m/ PS. awesome posted track; totally grabbed it. Vimk
Only thing I recall finding on pandora really was The Devin Townsend Band and through that Strapping Young Lad, probably the best use of the wall of sound I've heard in metal. Magewout
Dear Pandora Visitor, We are deeply, deeply sorry to say that due to licensing constraints, we can no longer allow access to Pandora for listeners located outside of the U.S. We will continue to work diligently to realize the vision of a truly global Pandora, but for the time being we are required to restrict its use. We are very sad to have to do this, but there is no other alternative. We believe that you are in Belgium (your IP address appears to be *censored*). If you believe we have made a mistake, we apologize and ask that you please contact us at pandora-support@pandora.com If you are a paid subscriber, please contact us at pandora-support@pandora.com and we will issue a pro-rated refund to the credit card you used to sign up. If you have been using Pandora, we will keep a record of your existing stations and bookmarked artists and songs, so that when we are able to launch in your country, they will be waiting for you. We will be notifying listeners as licensing agreements are established in individual countries. If you would like to be notified by email when Pandora is available in your country, please enter your email address below. The pace of global licensing is hard to predict, but we have the ultimate goal of being able to offer our service everywhere. We share your disappointment and greatly appreciate your understanding. Sincerely, Tim Westergen Tim Westergren Founder P.S. For more information, please see our Frequently Asked Questions on the topic. I guess I'll never know what you're talking about
Kanthos
I use Last.FM instead of Pandora, but my biggest and best discovery was the Esbjorn Svensson Trio, a jazz trio that used electronics and effects and had a really unique sound. The pianist died in a scuba-diving accident last June, a week before they were going to play a concert in my area.
Tables
Probably the best thing I found was 'Jardin De Cecile' from Juno Reactor's 'Bible of Dreams' album, which had me ending up buying the whole thing. Other then that, nothing too awesome
LuketheXjesse
My friends found one of our favorite bands through pandora, Pain of Salvation, by typing in Symphony X (even though PoS isn't even all that metal). I also found a pretty awesome Noewegian band called Circus Maximus back in High school through Pandora.

Bahamut
Can't say I've had a great pandora find...namely because almost everything it suggests to me, I've heard before.

Thats why I like last.fm so much more, because not only does it seem to have a better recommendation algorithm but also because it knows what you've listened to, so it knows not to recommend it to you.
