lazygecko
They have an entire team dedicated to going through the dictionary. And internet memes were among the first things they added.
cobaltstarfire
I have a hypothesis for how Cthulu (or whomever) came to existence: it probably took each letter of that word, found a monster that has the first name of that particular letter, combined those monsters and VOILA! But... I don't see monsters being fused in this monster that fit the letters of that acronym that I can think of, nor do I care that much b/c I'm lazy. But, if that were so, it would have to be programmed in such a way that would respond to that situation with that muhc accuracy, randomness, and yet enough logical predictability. This makes no sense. This game is really the Devil disguised in the form of a written code. I have no idea if you are joking and actually know what Cthulhu is or not, but if you don't, Cthulhu is a giant godlike cosmic life form thingy that makes people go insane with terror upon seeing it. Nothing as complicated as some weird game event that melds a bunch of monsters into one big one.
RedFusion
They have an entire team dedicated to going through the dictionary. And internet memes were among the first things they added. Oh. Alright, you've sold me there. (sort of). Of course the dictionary won't include everything imaginable (including objects with two words), but, if they included internet memes I guess that's a +1 to them in my books. And the fact that they were dedicated enough to go through a dictionary to draw/code that into the game.
Sinewav
I'm kinda skeptical about this, but if it does everything they promise, then it will be awesome. Keeping my eye on this one.
Sinewav
I posted in the other thread that I was skeptical about this game, but after I read this... FUCKING TRAVELED THROUGH TIME AND JUMPED ON A DINOSAUR AND USED IT TO KILL MOTHERFUCKING ROBOT ZOMBIES. Well, let's just say I'll be pre-ordering this one. DragonAvenger
I'm telling everyone this, but I will try "Poop" in every level. Just because I can.
Jam Stunna
Both IGN and Gamespot named Scribblenauts as their Game of the Show for E3. I must have that game.

Dunnowhathuh
I'd like to see how many ways duct tape can solve my problems.
Zipp
Ah good, there's a topic for this. Yeah, Scribblenauts has been added to my Fall shopping list of Heavy Rain, Batman Arkham Asylum, and Uncharted 2.

And the fact that they were dedicated enough to go through a dictionary to draw/code that into the game. Not just a dictionary, but a lot of dictionaries. Plus generic and specialist encyclopedias. They mentioned that they're even going as far as trying to get the most obscure species of dinosaurs only a paleontologist or dinosaur-obsessed people would know into the game, which is cool because dinosaurs are inherently awesome by definition. WillRock
This game looks interesting, you see many that make the claim that its open ended, and it never lives up, but this looks like it could be what it says it is...

I played it at E3: it is as amazing as it seems.
