Terra's Theme - Final Fantasy / This rap song

So, I heard this song on the radio the other day at work. And it is an exact replica of Terra's theme, the vocal version. The chorus, the beginning... and I was so amazed I just had to share it with someone who would understand.

Therefore my friends, I bring this to you. And I hope it's not old news or something.
