Because waiting in line is horrid. But saving money is good!

No steam deals though because there's already a thread for that.

Post 'em as you find 'em!

These are a nice pair of headphones that some in the community use for mixing: http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-HD-280-Pro-Headphones/dp/B000065BPB/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1290794960&sr=8-1

~$70 for a pair of Sennheiser HD 280 Pros

Edit: God of War 3 currently on Amazon for $35, Halo Reach for $30, and 4 GB 360 with $60 VG credit: http://www.amazon.com/Black-Friday-After-Thanksgiving-Sale/b?ie=UTF8&node=384082011

Creative's online store offers a 30% off coupon for most of their products (and decent price cuts on those not included in the 30% off).

It'd get you an Aurvana Live for $50, for instance.

edit: even works on their outlet store.

Well, I'm glad to see that NCIX finally got around to dealing with Canadian customers better. Used to be that you were shit out of luck with them.

It wasn't really on sale, but I did order a 32 GB micro SHDC card. I have a weakness for portable memory.

That 128 GB USB stick was looking tempting... but even that price is a little iffy for me.

Shit out of luck? In what way?

They wouldn't ship to Canada. That seemed pretty shit-out-of-luck to me.

Glad to see that's changed now. It's been a long time since I even looked at them, so I don't know when they changed. But on the other hand, 32 GB microSDHC card for me, so it's all gooooooood.

They operate out of Richmond, BC and have always shipped in Canada dude. I have no idea what you're talking about.

I'm pretty sure it was them, because they had offers for MP3 players I wanted, and every time I would look them up, I saw that they didn't ship to Canada.

Maybe I'm thinking of NewEgg?

Yeah, NewEgg used to be useless for Canadians, but they do have a NewEgg.ca now as well. Though I would strongly recommend NCIX to any Canadians, never had any problems and used to love not having to pay for shipping and just pick up my orders in store. Of course that was when I still lived in Vancouver, not sure that will still be an option living in the TO area now although I do know they have a warehouse here.

Needless to say both Newegg and NCIX have a lot of great deals today, unfortunately I think it's a little early for me to be trying to rebuild my PC, though I'm wanting to more and more.
