Diodes Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 I reprised my Chun Li costume from MAGFest 2010, so as not to put myself through another costume-sewing frenzy. I was happy I got to wear it again after the months of works I had put into it, because I've only ever worn it for like 2 hours at a con. Quote
DMaster Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 I'm being a college student swamped in homework. Oh, wait....srsly though, my teacher is a cruel man who gives us a REALLY IMPORTANT test the day AFTER Halloween. >.> I know your pain, My Physics prof is holding our midterm ON halloween. ...That being said, I'm going to be walking around campus in a (homemade, and pretty damn good) Richter Belmont costume. Ethan Rex Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 Me and my date went to a Halloween party this weekend, dressed up as a 20s era gent and a flapper. Or, if you were one of the many intoxicated people i encountered that evening, i dressed up as the monopoly man. Quote
Brandon Strader Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 I'm going to be the same thing I was last year. An adult. Quote
Garpocalypse Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 I'm going to be the same thing I was last year.An adult. Ohh is that what you were supposed to be?! I thought that was your Chaz Bono going on a weekend bender almost costume. Sorry, couldnt resist. Quote
Darklink42 Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Remember earlier when I said this: I thought about dressing up as Alan Wake, but the thought of having to explain that I'm not a professor from my college (Alan wears a tweed jacket) and actually a character from a two year old game just doesn't have a lot of appeal. I decided to stop being a wuss and just go do it. As it turned out, I found a perfect tweed jacket and green shirt at a thrift store. Pictures to follow once I get everything else in order. Quote
The Cabl3 Guy Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Ehh seems I'm doing it wrong as the saying goes... Seems all the partying happened on Saturday and I'm planning on going to a bar all lone in this one horse town as Super Mario on Wensday. Should I bring my wrenches and utility belt? Note: Luigi is stuck in Brooklyn the fuckin' turkey ha Quote
Garrett Williamson Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 I'm being one of the Wiggles. Yeah, I just said that. And I'm not kidding. Quote
Darklink42 Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 Some preliminary shots. I sewed the elbow patches on myself, since for some reason the otherwise perfect jacket had none. What kind of self respecting tweed wearer dons a jacket like this and doesn't rock the patches? For comparison: Quote
Flexstyle Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 If I do dress up, I'm gonna go as a cheesy pickup line. .... Get a bunch of toy pickup trucks, glue them in a line on my shirt, and put cheese in 'em. Quote
Rexy Posted October 30, 2012 Posted October 30, 2012 I confirmed on my Facebook page just now that my Halloween costume this year is Rouge the Bat. I think I'd be tidier on the face paint tomorrow night though Quote
Darklink42 Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 And then I took it two steps further, because why not? A video I shot and edited And a couple of pictures: Quote
SkyRiderX Posted November 3, 2012 Posted November 3, 2012 I finally finished my Link costume this year so I wore that and had some fun rolling everywhere Quote
FuriousFure Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 My Fiance and I went as generic Pokemon Trainers to our Halloween celebration. I'm the dude and she's the chick. we are 25 and 23, respectively. It was a pretty awesome home-made costume. Quote
sphexic Posted November 4, 2012 Posted November 4, 2012 I usually forget about Halloween, so I've devised the best possible impromptu solution: the great Cornholio. Quote
