MusicHunter Posted January 15, 2015 Posted January 15, 2015 OMg this is such a good tune though music could be a slight bit louder bit thats really only complaint but otherwise its rocking and cool take on the song! Quote
MrKyle Posted January 16, 2015 Posted January 16, 2015 Haven't heard a house track in a minute...though I think the last one that I did listen to was a Zelda remix as well. Dreamlike state indeed. This mix feels progressive the whole way through. I never got the sense that I was being restricted by any particular element. The varied kick comes through so clean on my system too. Well done. Crulex Posted January 17, 2015 Posted January 17, 2015 Solid house arrangement of the Song of Healing. It takes its sweet time to build up, but it's well worth listening all the way through and getting the full effect of the ReMix. Quote
OCR Podcast Posted January 28, 2015 Posted January 28, 2015 This ReMix reminds me a bit of margarine: it's smooth, complimentary, and inoffensive in every way but doesn't really taste like anything. Even though I'm a fan of the production quality and I can feel its calming presence as I write this, it's tough to say the buildup is worth the wait. Of course, house music makes a habit of going in one ear and out the other when it comes to me, so take that with a grain of salt! Quote
Kadosho Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 I like this take on the classic "House of Healing" area. It was haunting to begin with, but now more majestic. And something you can dance to as well. Quote
Fb=MC2 Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 Stuck in my head... It's on repeat on my mp3 player... It helps me sleep, it keeps me up at night... It's the best song to get completely trashed off really poor quality beer to. Quote
djnforce9 Posted May 26, 2015 Posted May 26, 2015 This reminds me of the Zion theme from "The Matrix: Reloaded" (especially that drum beat). You can beat match and dub the two songs together and they actually compliment one another nicely. Quote
Chernabogue Posted December 20, 2015 Posted December 20, 2015 Interesting mix. It's very calm and yet quite energic -- I guess house usually goes that way, right? Anyway, the different sections worked well and were well connected with nice transitions. Six minutes is maybe a little too long but I found it enjoyable and relaxing. Quote
