Maco70
I have seen countless "Recommend me PS2 games" threads. But never have I seen one for GBA. I just got a GBA (five bucks baby) and am looking for games that are good. The seller threw in: Spyro: Season of Ice Golden Sun: The lost age (is this a sequel, or the first game?) Super Mario Advance Snood (it's a bubble bobble rip off) Harvest moon Other than those, recommend me some GBA games please.

Necrotic
Golden Sun: The Lost Age is a sequel. Strongly recommend the first game if you like TLA, because TLA is pretty much a totally direct continuation of the original's story, but in the eyes of a different set of characters. -Nick
Fire in the Hole
If you do not get the original Golden Sun and beat it before playing The Lost Age you will be sorely deprived. So I hear FFV and FFVI Advance are worth the purchase, regardless of whether you played them before or not. FFIV Advance was all right, though I couldn't get over Rosa's portrait and the ridiculous amount of cheesy pop references, but I don't have a verdict on the other two because I just got them today. atmuh
How was the original golden sun? Is it worth buying, or should I just sell the one I have? the original is freaking awesome I consider them both to be one big game, and it is my favorite GBA game ever if you only play the second you're only getting half a game and the first half is just as good as the second

Maybe I will sell it, for store credit. Is there a Worms Armageddon game for GBA?

Ab56 v2 aka Ash
What are you kids babbling about? Sell the piece of junk. Golden Sun is nothing special.
Maco70
Are you retarded?BUY THE FIRST ONE. I am more of a pick up player when it comers to handhelds. I am hesitant to get into an RPG that has the likely hood to hook me in. http://wwp.team17.com/main.html?page=grap&area=_gbsh&type=uk Anyone played this? I'm wondering how it is. Sonic Battle was just bad though, avoid that one for sure.
Tex
I've played GBA games in the past. But not too much so. Anyhow, I recommend Wario Land 4; which is a really fun platformer. Cool graphics and neat soundtrack. Check this one out if you can.
The Coop
Castlevania (GBA port of the original) Castlevania: Circle of the Moon Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow MegaMan Zero MegaMan Zero 2 MegaMan Zero 3 MegaMan Zero 4 MegaMan & Bass Sonic Advance Sonic Advance 2 Sonic Advance 3 Phalanx Iridion II Gradius Galaxies Astro Boy Gunstar Super Heroes King of Fighter EX2: Howling Blood Metal Slug Advance Metroid Fusion Metroid Zero Mission Shining Force: Resurrection of the Dark Dragon Shining Soul Shining Soul II Sigma Star Saga Super Ghouls and Ghosts Grab Iridion as well, as it's dirt cheap, and a fun old-style 3D shmup (think Galaxy Force II, but prettier). Bahamut
Hm, just to stir up CONTROVERSY, I have to add that I hated the Golden Sun games, especially the second. The second one was a massive snooze fest, and I eventually got so sick of it that I just quit halfway through the game. Much of Coop's list is win though, so just go with whatever of those.
