Geoffrey Taucer Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 By any chance, do you still have the wav file for this ?It would be awesome to have the lossless version of this remix. It's on the FF7 project, which was released in both mp3 and lossless format. You can get it at http://ff7.ocremix.org Quote
tulala Posted May 16, 2010 Posted May 16, 2010 It's on the FF7 project, which was released in both mp3 and lossless format. You can get it at http://ff7.ocremix.org Ouch !!! That's very very nice ! Thanks for answering me ^^ Quote
phantasia Posted May 18, 2010 Posted May 18, 2010 This remix s pure auditory awesomeness. Nothing less would you expect from such an epic artistic collab. Quote
Gwardy Jay Posted June 13, 2010 Posted June 13, 2010 My brother is a contributor on Machinima.com and he actually used this mix in one of his videos. Check it out: I had no idea this song was an OCRemix song. I'm pretty stoked, knowing that fact. Quote
DMaster Posted July 6, 2010 Posted July 6, 2010 I listened to this song after watching Advent Children. Not only did this song send shivers down my spine, you 1-upped the movie. Excellent job. "Insert FFVII Quote Here" Quote
tim_sephi_Roth Posted July 20, 2010 Posted July 20, 2010 Tim Burton presents "Sephiroth" the movie. Music by Danny Elfman. Quote
Roihu Posted January 7, 2011 Posted January 7, 2011 This is actually the only version of One-Winged Angel I can say I truly like. Good job, guys. Quote
OutSpoken Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 http://reoganworks.blogspot.com/2010/11/song-of-week-225.html I didn't do the writeup for this on my blog, but now I wish I had. Awesome mega-collab. Love Sixto Sounds with the epic finish. Quote
CreedOfDarkness Posted August 10, 2011 Posted August 10, 2011 OH DEAR LORD!, MY EARS! this was absolutely great to listen to! i love this fantasic collab! I was literally smiling the whole time thinking: "Now this, this is what i call a remix!" great job! Quote
Oecobius Posted December 22, 2011 Posted December 22, 2011 This was an awesome mix full of great craftsmanship until that lame, obnoxious and completely generic thrash guitar at the end. It's completely out of place, but a lot of people seem to think that any pseudo-metal is good just because it's loud and you can headbang to it. Feh. Quote
Mirby Posted December 23, 2011 Posted December 23, 2011 This is the birth of the now-requisite mega-collab, right? Seriously, so many people here. It's like the Expendables of remixes. A good song, nice arrangement of the source, by the way. Quote
Tubamaphone Posted January 13, 2014 Posted January 13, 2014 I know that I am coming late to the party on commenting here, but WOW. Easily my favorite One winged angel remix. I have to say the amazing thing for me is that the song builds and progresses with very wonderful transitions. Even starting off with the source for the intro did a great job establishing the song. Even throwing in them in later was a great subtle callback. This is a great way to show how different composers can work together to create a cohesive and amazing monster! Quote
Black_Doom Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 Ah, a classic one. Starting with something bippy chippy, it evolves into a badass orchestral pieace with one more chippy injection. The choral work is just so damn epic. Love the break at 2:07. The song took totally new direction, still being badass as fuck. And the guitar outro is just what this track needed to be complete. Such great tune! Quote
