Okay, if you insist...
... yup, just sent in my second finished track
I'm glad that my work for the album is done and I'm also pretty happy with these tracks. Now the long wait till the album release starts
I don't think we need to disable those relationships. At some point, djp can add a sentence to all Song pages with something to the effect of...
Note: This list also includes ReMixes assigned to other songs which derive from this song.
...and that basically covers it.
Thanks all,
I ended up getting the Scarlett 2i2. I guess I really didn't understand what I was looking for until you pointed out the difference.
I was planning to use Audacity, since it's free and I've got some experience with it.
Again, thanks for the help!
Yeah, M 'n' P's 2 week remixing time is pretty generous considering the amount of work it requires. Otherwise, there isn't really anything that offers more than 2 weeks. Tournaments usually give just one week. Then there's always the One-Hour Compo.
If you're new to remixing in general, I'd suggest the Meat and Potatoes compo(MnP). It's usually got a couple weeks on the deadline and is all about conservative mixing. Speaking from personal experience, it's a great place to start if you don't have a ton of time but still want to improve and get involved.

Given that you like experimental music, I wonder what your thoughts are on the latest remix on the front page (http://ocremix.org/remix/OCR03109). Leave a review, let Redg know what you think. Welcome to OCR.
