Okay, me and my little brother just got back from BestBuy. Can't say there was a very big selection of good stuff, but we got some stuff... Me: Feel the Magic (DS) - for $1.99, why not? DrillDozer (GBA) - it's gotten some pretty good reviews Bro: Rainbow Six Lockdown (PS2) 187 Ride or Die (PS2) - youngest bro will like it Samurai Western (PS2) - not even sure what the hell it is. Vietcong Purple Haze (PS2) Killer 7 (PS2) Not too bad for a total of $15. Had a good time geeking it up with the other guys there. And to top it all of, I just won two tickets to see Pirates of the Great Salt Lake at the Foursite Film Festival. Sa-weet.

That's my fear as well, I still have 55 minutes till Best Buy opens, here. Still have my fingers crossed for Windwaker and Advance Wars DS.

Seeing as how there's a BestBuy on my way to campus, I think it may be worth a look. My fingers are crossed for Advance Wars DS or Castlevania: DoS, oooooh Wind Waker would be nice.

I don't have any "pure" game soundtracks, as there are usually only a few songs per game that I'd want to listen to. I do have Xenogears Light, and Xenogears Creid, though. Both very good albums. Then there's the ever elusive Nintendo Sound Selections albums, Final Fantasy Potions 1 and 2 and Final FAntasy S and N Generation albums.

Heh, I just realized that the DS does not accommodate the old, big, GameBoy cartridges. Good this I still have all my old GameBoys.

I think there's an expectation anymore that every new game is supposed to break all new ground in the realm of gaming, somehow. I've heard it dozens of times, "if a new game doesn't display some revolution in the world of gaming, then it is sub-standard."

If you don't mind diversifying your music origins a bit, I'd recommend Run With Us, from Anime Remix. Not only does it have a suitable beat for working out or running, but the lyrics also work.

Personally, I probably wouldn't, then again, I am a zealot against all things DRM, and the very second a song hit the Zune (DRM encoded or not) it gets stuck DRM. But, if you're really wanting a high capacity mp3 player for cheap, then it is an option. Me? I'd just save up more money and get something else.

Like some have said, I'll switch when I get a new compy, that is, assuming I don't go Mac next.
