I also give my vote to completing this revival. I have planned on dishing out my own ReMix's for a few years now and I'll be damned if I finally submit something and it gets NO'ed to death. At least with VGMix I can still share my music in a video game music community. Also, like Sindra, I like finding music that just happens to fit with my own reasons even if it may not fit the standards of OCR. There is PLENTY of room for VGMix in the VGM community alongside OCR.

Ah ha... thanks. I played with my friend on his 360 and the game was absolutely a blast! I'd have to get a new graphics card to play it so it would cost me more than just the game to play it but it may happen soon enough.

Question: If I get this on PC, will I be able to play with you Xbox Live peeps?

This is actually my new set up. One of the Alesis monitor's tweeter's went out 3 weeks in so I got some M-Audio BX5a Deluxe's instead. I kept them out of the shelf cause I don't think that gives the bass sound hole in the back enough room to spread out. Please, feel free to make fun of the canned goods/book/towel method, iz all good. Yeah, the widescreen monitor is actually propped up by a stack of sticky notes so it fits a little better Sucks I can't use the actual monitor spot of the desk, but the screen real estate makes it worth it! The mousepad actually works pretty well because I have the sensitivity of the mouse high and I don't have to move it far beyond the side of the tray where the pad overhangs. That is, until my girlfriend sits at the chair I have hammered so many nails into the desk and that's the only remedy that I foresee it will need to last a long time... I have broken the thing so many times, especially where the keyboard tray slides into. I have faith avaris! We brothers can't disband man... but if we must, we won't forget you :'D Just lemme know when you put her down and I'll take a shot over here in the states for the beast.

Hey folks, just ringing in here for anybody looking. I just bought some Alesis M1Active 520 monitors ($200 at Sweetwater). They sound very good to me. They are no JBL's, but for $200 you get an incredible sound and I am impressed enough to keep them. I'm listening to "Human Race" by DHS and the bass is very full! But I think where it shines is its Mids to Highs. 75 Watts per monitor Bi-Amped Room Correction settings Silk Tweeter Power light doubles as a clip notifier And more.... Just my 3 cents

Ah ha! I've been looking for some people to play with and not have to go through really random maps and scenarios with random peeps on battle.net! Then it occured to me... OCR, tada! Read a few pages of this thread and it seems the first tournament is already over? Count me in for the next one or if anybody just wants to play.
