My T-shirt came in the mail today, and I'm glad it did because I wanted to be sure of the quality before other people start buying them. ZOMG action shot! In other news, I'm gonna do the shownotes for 035 now, so look out for them later tonight.

The intro was cheesey for a reason, and don't blame zircon for it. He did only the music part; it was Wingless and I's idea to add the cute voice and sound effects. And we never said we were planning on using any of these intros as permanent, so chill. The contest was for fun. Midway just took on design work for some big affiliates, so that's why John is busy. If he can't get the shownotes in soon, I'll do them. But it looks like we're not going to have a show this coming week, I'm sorry to say. Normally we'd be recording tonight since it's Thursday, but there are no new mixes posted yet this week and not a lot to cover.

I think our biggest mistake was submitting this remix to OCR. That night at zircon's place is basically sacred in my eyes. There is an inexplicable bond that arose from working on this song together, and I guess in our enthusiasm, we wished to share that with the community! Heaven forbid! Unfortunately, we forgot that the community is comprised largely of self-proclaimed musical/internet geniuses who feel the need to impress others with their ability to bash not just the music, but the people themselves. I'm disappointed. Don't know if I'll even bother submitting any more music to this site.

To be fair, this mix was done very quickly. Zircon actually submitted it before I had to the chance to rerecord my vocals. I wasn't happy with them because I'm not used to singing in a fast, poppy style, and I had to record them in a rush. It's definitely not my best work, but when you're collabing with four other people eager to get the mix out to the masses, that's what happens. The point was that we had an awesome time together.

WesPip: I don't think we've ever *had* to screen the phonecalls (other than obvious mess-ups where people just call and hang up), but if something were every really offensive, we probably would. I just wanna make sure that it wouldn't be embarrassing or anything.

Hmm, well, the original poem for Prayer was also much more straight-forward, and allowed for a little more rhythmic freedom. Ah well.

Wow, really, Upthorn? I'm surprised to hear this. Evilhead did the translation, and I was under the impression that he is fluent in Japanese, as he lives and teaches there. Is it possible that some of the language he used was simply more archaic?

Lovely! This piece really reminds me of some of Ray Lynch's work, particularly "The Vanished Gardens Of Cordoba." (That's a very good thing.) Always lookin' for more New Age on OCR... The arrangement is seamless- great job!

Wow, that's actually...pretty! Compared to the absolute absurdity of the AuroraMix, RayzaMix, and PixieMix, Wingless sounds so epic. You really did get to steppin'. I'm sure John will love it.
