Dash Myoku

Well, it's more or less me remastering and adding on to an idea I had a really long time ago. Think of it kinda like a Concept Album, if you will. Ice Castle Theme (WIP) Fall of the Ice Castles King (WIP) A defined story and storyline hasn't been made just yet, but I hope to complete this little "project" of mine one day. And if you've heard a WIP or two of mine (or any of my work, for that matter), then these two tracks are really different. Give 'em a listen and let me know what you think.

Well, you never cease to amaze me (though no matter what, your Ico remix will always be my favorite). Not much I can really say, though. Just that you know what you're doing and...it's good. So, keep up the good work, eh?

I agree, actually. I'm just a really lazy person when it comes to producing a remix. I like to try and get results as fast and effeciently as possible. So usually, I don't like to sit around for hours, trying to figure out a track when I can just use a MIDI as a reference. ^^;

Yeah, I don't know much about the legal stuff with emulation. But I read on one site (maybe Emuparadise) that if you own the system and game, it's alright to download them. But hey, no one said anything about it being legal. Anyways, no progress yet on Golden Silver's theme yet. This is the time I wish there was a MIDI out there. >< To the person who posted the link to vgmusic. Yeah, that's a good site, but some of the MIDI's on there suck...like, a lot. I'm actually really surprised that they don't have any Gunstar Heroes MIDIs. That's like...THE best game for the Genesis.

Haha, no witchcraft (though I should've thought of that before). I'm at my Dad's right now. Either way, Escariot, the way I got it was by ripping it from the actual game using a Genesis emulator and the game ROM...which is legal since I own both anyways. (I've had Gunstar Heroes since I was like 8...so that's 10 years, almost 11 this April ^^) Anywho, as for links to both (assuming you own them), www.romnation.net

Alright, I've ripping Golden Silver's theme from the game. Now the hard part...figuring out the time sig, chords...blah blah blah. I think the time's in 5/4, but I can't exactly tell. It's extremely weird. But I'm doing my best to figure it all out.

I realize that I should've probably just made one thread for all my works. >< So, for the rest of the remixes I had (the ones that are old and need some serious make-overs), I'll post them here. Train Battle We Are The Bonne Brothers Bruno the Great! Alright...uh, Train Battle and Bonne Brothers are about 2 years...maybe 3 years old by now. Bruno is about half a year. So, since I'm expecting some very harsh stuff...BRING IT! I'd like to whip these three into shape.

o.o Whatever samples or soundfonts you're using...I want them. But other than that, this is an interesting remix you've got. Infact, I think this is the first remix of this track I've ever heard. Of course...imo, you got more of the "Solid Snake" remix, than the "Sexy" remix you wanted. That might just be me, though. (But it sounds like something that should be in an MGS game...seriously) And really, there's nothing wrong with that. You just made something you weren't exactly expecting to. Because...well, MGS kicks ass. :3 Anyways, there's not much else I can really offer. It's a fairly good remix. ^^

Yeah, I have a lot of trouble finding decent guitar soundfonts. Once I get my Pod, I'll just record the guitar parts live. But for now, got any idea where I can find a decent guitar soundfont? *Watches him closely with his Mother Zone remix.* Trust me, I'll be looking out for that. xP

Bleh, I'm not lazy, I swear! I'm trying to get my damned computer back to normal (damn you Windows ME). So, as soon as it gets fixed, I'll be submitting my audition track soon. It just kills me that I can't work on it right now. ><

Bah, yet another Mega Man Legends remix. xD Anyways, this one is a steadily growing popular one over at MMLS (www.legends-station.com). The thing about this track is that it's not really a remix...but still acts like it's a remix. It's really just the original track and then how I would imagine the rest of the track would be, if it were to have more added on to it. The reason it seems like a remix is that the basic ideas of my ideas were based on the original track. And...I'm almost getting fingered tied, so enough talking from me. xD Click here to download
