  1. Man I thought you meant this when I saw the title of the thread; was about to ask why too.
  2. No nudity shown so it ought to be fine. I have to say though I loled hard at the sheep (or should I say it was a ram signifying a male victim) splattering there. Looks great.
  3. Hmm... Looks interesting enough to me to want to try it out... Some more info~! Vincent, a 32 year old (GASP?!) salaryman lacking ambition, is charmed by Catherine, a 22 year old mysterious beauty. At night, Vincent is plagued by nightmares where he climbs a never ending staircase. He can wake up if he reaches the top, but it appears there is a connection between the dream world and the real world. There’s a rumor that if you fall in the dream you die in real life. The same page shows a screenshot with a newscaster reporting on the death of a young man. This screenshot has English text that with Japanese subtitles on top. In an interview with Famitsu, character artist Shigenori Soejima says the game raw terror and some scenes are intended to startle adults. (What..? So any one under 18 or perhaps even 16 wouldn't understand it enough to be bothered..?) Yeah I can see myself most likely getting it...
  4. There's always Super R-Type on the SNES, shouldn't be too much trouble for Luke...
  5. Okay so there's been a release and a few up coming console ports. First~! The Great Fairy Wars - TH12.8 Essentially it revolves around particularly notable fairy characters such as Cirno whom declares war on the other fairies. Basically it's a game where Cirno freezes bullets she's suppose to dodge. Not easy as it may sounds though thanks to certain bullets being flaming balls of fire are nearly impossible to freeze; exception seems to be when bombing. Here are some gameplay vids Game Play Vid 1 (gives more explanations)Touhou 12.8? not 12.9? ZUN i am dissapoint. ~~~ Coming up exclusively for the 360~! This November, the studio is porting Dodonpachi Daifukkatsu to the Xbox 360. The other two games are cute-em-ups (Muchi Muchi Pork, and Pink Sweets) and will be appearing on the same disc as a two-for-one kind of deal. It will be released next year in Japan. ~Kotaku For Dodonpachi Daifukkatsu (A Decepticon? in my shmup?! CAAAAAAAAAAAAAVVVVVVEEEEEEEE!!!) The boss at 4:18... wow... I never would have expected that from CAVE and I fucking laughed hard. ~~~ Muchi Muchi Pork (yeah I have no clue) ~~~ Pink Sweets
  6. It's nuts but I like to think it's not as bad as the news report it. Already had power back some days ago but I'm just waiting for the few reported storms to pass by for now... Or at least till the power companies get their shit straight.
  7. Can't promise as lately storms been knocking out power like crazy where I am; enough to the point where the local power companies are overwhelmed enough to request aid from other power companies outside of Maryland. Just as I was coming to work today I saw rows upon rows of Pepco trucks parked at one of the local community colleges parking lots waiting to be rolled out in preparedness. I don't even think I've touched my PS3 in two weeks out of fear of corrupting the data should the power be knocked out by any storms or rain/wind knocking down trees into power lines
  8. I actually play but on a variety of servers.
  9. Fixed that for ya Seriously though to answer your question, yes they did. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sS5Rt7ZzoGo at 1:13 as the version where he moves forward is an EX-Hundred Hand Slap. Here's the at another angle.
  10. This is why you go to see bands...As for the stink of humanity, just carry some frebreeze bombs re-engineered from the classic stink bomb designs utilized back in high school. Release them soon as your nose starts to ache and your eyes water up. Or you know... man up. Shit women go to them and if their "dainty" sense of smell can handle the BO, I'm sure you can...
  11. I enjoy but if I prefer to hear every nuance of a particular song I'd go for a studio recording.Got to admit, depending on the concert and who's performing, any change ups in a track that differ from the studio recording often keeps a good song fresh much longer; if not everlasting for some. Even better if the performers are actually performing at their best and keep the energy flowing.
  12. yeah it's real old... however is awesome.
  13. I don't suppose you've heard this version then..? It can be had here as I've had a pack with the remixer's stuff all shared at one point. This is just the track in question. Enjoy~! Don't worry about the quality of the file as it's much better than the video shows.
  14. Personally prefer Chatzilla for the very few places I go to. Perhaps I should try visiting ocr's...
  15. See this is a great way to start a series of remixes so lets see some more from you guys out there!
  16. I'm well aware of the two tracks that are available but... See here? This Slug Gunner, you see it? It's sad that there have been no new tracks remixed. Is this what you want to see? A despondent looking Metal Slug? Well here's something to help would be remixers alleviate that problem; Sources! Think of the Metal Slugs! Seriously think of the Metal Slugs!
  17. Does it really matter? But yeah allowing more than 25MB to mess around with and a better way to actually manage the maps uploaded would be a step in the right direction.
  18. They are actually quite abundant at the local Best Buys over here; although I probably won't bother with it now. I didn't even see them at the stores either, although I think they shoveled all the copies to their online shop to meet demands(???)
  19. Oh the same shit was around back in the old days. Just like back then I left soon as I saw something I didn't like and so should you if a particular map offends you. Can't wait to see specialized servers set up once it's broken into more. The actually good maps would be noted by the community rather than a piss poor popularity system. Maybe then I'd actually see progress in the map making community. Edit* I actually wish to expand more on my thoughts here. Soon as it was announced that LAN play would be dead, it really should have been the first sign something was rotten within Actizzard. The Real Id issue was horribly handled as it should have been introduced as well as followed similar designs to other apps such as raptr, steam, xfire etcetera. Even before that mess the announcement that SC2 would be split into three parts. Heck after checking how much space the data took (about 7GBs in my "copy") I figured okay it would be fair enough if it were not for the console price of $60... Moving along, with the ridiculous hand-holding from Actizzard on how map makers ought to make their maps as well as having final say on what is allowed when the online experience is suppose to be "unrated". Is this to say if I felt like creating a Wolf-3d themed map or campaign it would not only be put up and quickly be deleted, with no way for me to save all of my efforts and make any changes (which I shouldn't have to do as the online experience ought to be "unrated") to suit their views of a "family friendly" map/ Cmon you know that's their aim... Fuck it. I'll just enjoy what I can and wait for the good stuff to either come through, or just move on. Sure as hell not supporting all that garbage; a real shame too for a relatively good game. Edit2* I just remembered I had a program to fix Actizzard's annoying missing LAN features, now I think I can make LAN games on SC2
  20. Yeah... I think I'll stick to my "borrowed" copy till this shit gets cleared up; if ever.
  21. Fixed that for ya and despite it, as she's still a lot of fun for me. I will say that Hazama fantastic once I started to understand some moves I didn't before.
  22. Ah you're right! D: Couldn't stand that stupid balloon escort stage though. Hell I'd take escorting Pete, past the first house and into the better one as well as the damn submarine part over that balloon stage.
  23. So as I was downloading Makoto Nanaya for BB:CS I noticed a release for Earthworm Jim HD. First thought I was imagining it but soon as I saw the demo got along with the dlc. Here's a comparing the variety of Earthworm Jim versions. Never knew how horrid the gba version was. Can't ever see myself play the easier modes though. Overall in the demo, controlling Jim felt as fluid as I remember. Not sure how much it costs on the other consoles, but on the PSN it's about $10, which I may consider. Not sure about the multiplayer aspect of the game but hey I can't possibly go wrong with the original game; except for that fucking submarine level... WAIT ANOTHER COMPARISON, Stage 2 on the genesis versus What the Heck? on the snes. Blew my mind how different they are quality wise.
