So long as it's not overtly complicated to register like it is now with gunbound and seemingly other "free" games from NIC, I may give it a whirl. However chances are I'll be sticking with EVE Online as my current mmo I play on and off.

I see what you did there gluvr... I don't think I've ever rented a game, however I've borrowed from my uncle from time to time; even to this day. He's got a good eye on games Other then that source I've "borrowed" elsewhere from time to time so long as it ran on the PC.

The plot from the very beginning was and still is believable, however thanks to the retconning of the original plot (of which both the US and Japanese version differed slightly) However it elaborated more on the relationship between Wily and Light along with trade mark characters such as Sniper Joe being based of Protoman (Blues) along with the original plot device of Dr. Wily reprogramming the 6/8 original "robot masters" Instead of helping humanity as the good Dr. Light wanted Dr. Wily used them to attack humanity and attempted global domination. Course Dr. Light remodeled Rock to have fighting capabilities and took on Wily's madness and destruction. Soon after Dr. Wily's first defeat, instead of refocusing on world conquest he was blinded with rage and wanted revenge against Light and Megaman; including designing his own robot masters to do his dirty work. After being defeated again supposedly he reformed and decided to work along side with Light, only to betray Light's trust and take over the gamma project meant as a way to maintain world peace (no wars = sadly naive if not an optimistic project). Instead Wily took over the project as yet another attempt to world dictatorship. In between Megaman travels to facing the robot masters serving Dr. Wily, Protoman shows up more or less sizing himself with Rock to see if he had talent. Course Wily is defeated In MM4 Dr. Wily threaten to harm Dr. Cossack (a russian roboticist) daughter, Kalinka, with harm if he didn't..... IN BEFORE TL;DR... The point being is that if taken to scrutiny, it's still a believable if not disconnected story considering the retconning/redo of the original...

Ya know... comparing the citizens of that world and our world.... I wouldn't be surprised if humanity actually fell for such a lie... I don't think I'd need to explain...

Carving out humans holding up the roof and being the ottoman, tv stand, side table light and using a marble texture to give it an opulent look is actually a very attractive enhancement... Though the next morning just as u fire up the game you discovered all your hard work had been retextured with phallic symbolism as well as pwnt insignias; all thanks to your semi douchebaggy friend visiting rather than double posting... What IS the appeal behind Animal Crossing...? I've watched trailers and ytvids on but I'm lost on what exactly is the appeal behind it...

Chances are if they were going to hint it ingame-wise the best way is to show some amv of him toiling away working on the newest "devil" model all the while Zero's helmet is onimously sitting high on a pedistal being worked on by robotic arms working on the interal connections. The sparks creating an illusion of a deadly stare straight at the mad doc. or you know, add a cheesy 8-bit epilogue tag that reads "in ten years Zero, Dr. Wily's last creation, kills the mad roboticist..." leaving what happens after to the imagination As Bleck mentioned, it's already public knowledge so there's little reason to be redundant.

I was wondering when this would come up although I thought it was more Zero turned on Wily rather than the other way around as you posted.

Rather sad though that despite Rock's sense of justice, and even coming close to accepting responsibility of Dr Wily's death; chances are he will never do it. Not just because of following the laws of robotics, but following the good ethics of humanity in pure form; thus murdering Wily is out of the question, no matter how many live he possibly crushed through his wars against Light and all of humanity. Some what off topic but as I think back, Dr. Gero from DB/cell saga series very much reminds me of Dr. Wily Cmon the emblem of his on practically everything he makes

I don't even see how that's different from Wily's attempts. At the very least Wily is usually entertaining with some focus where as Sigma just seem to deteriorate in logistics and character as the series continued on. From a very dedicated self righteous repliroid to a virulent mess which can be equated to a really bad roach infestation...

There's not a whole lot of room for "It's the time frame" excuse as he has placed the series into the future partially. Could easily have a role for the 1999 War despite Julius being the main major character. The 1999 war... What does that term mean for Castlevania..? Did such an event occur in secret, beyond the knowledge of the general populace..? Or was it one of those events where it was a global event where after it ended memories of it ever occuring were some how erased from all except those involved with it ala Persona 3/FES..?

Reminded me a whole lot of the original NES Castlevania with a couple of enhancements. Challenge was balanced and hell, I still remember a couple of tracks from it that echo within my mind.

For some reason I'm envisioning an enhanced variation of "No More Heroes" combat system. Something along the lines of motions causuing specific combos ala specific strokes within a really short window of time to cause devastating damage. Alucard's Ball of Destruction anyone..? Dracula's Blood Moon attack from PoR. Heck maybe we'll see retconned characters as well like Sonia...

But why would you need bootcamp/parallels/WMware just to place game that are native to windows in the first place..? Is it for security or simply you feel more comfortable with the OS in general..? Music or art purposes I can understand an interest in the switch, but for gaming, poor choice; but hey it's your money

Probably meant that Megaman 2 OST for the Gameboy was not only new but of very poor quality that it would have saved its sound track had it recycled MM2 OST from the NES. Needless to say, I'd rather have new & actually good music over new shitty music... Just saying...
