  2. http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps556/products_tech_note09186a0080234072.shtml In the case of TL;DR... Too many USB devices attached to one USB port on a PC, such as when using a USB hub, may result in the user receiving a Windows USB Out of Bandwidth error message. First off, whats your system specs and second, why the hell are the keyboard and mouse using the usb ports in the first place..? Edit* Third, are you using a high end gaming Mouse/Keyboard set..?
  3. IMO no especially since adblocker, to my knowledge, doesn't work with it just yet...
  4. I sent you a PM Mac...
  5. It's rather wild in that sense. There's a way that if you earn enough ingame money you can spend it on a time card. Corporations (guilds) with members that earn enough cash can easily get either a month or 60-day card I believe, thus virtually allowing the players to play for free. Sometimes you can earn even more money and not only use the time card for yourself but sell the time cards as well for real cash... That said, I occasionally play EVE and as of now technically play for free because I made a good friend who has buttloads of ingame cash to give me a time card Luckily through pirating instead of "farming"
  6. I wouldn't mind toying around with it but for the most part, would the average gamer/comp user be competent enough to use it..? I can imagine one major question being, "duh can I stick old nes carts on it?"
  7. I don't like the lines displaying how the enemies are gonna come at you... While the enemies don't necessarily follow the actual path, as they home in on you, it still makes the game easier than it ought to be... Then again I'm spoiled by games like Gradius, R-Type, Thunderforce, Donpachi and especially Touhou. Galaga Legions is not a bad game, just not enough. Felt lacking imo... Hell I even felt like wanting to go back to Esp.ra.de to find a challenge by using the weakest character using only the special attack.
  8. Sweet pics atmuh, the awesomeness of Spore almost takes away the lulz of it being Glitch village though. Almost
  9. Yeah sorry I've just been unable to go to my friend's place for a while to play SCIV. I have played as Ashelotte and she's not all that hard to win with depending on who I'm playing with... Really weird since he plays it more than I do yet I can kick his ass around with Ashelotte despite the range and his preference to those like Siegfreid. Maybe I'm just used to using characters that fight up close; and he probably just sucks hard core for which I haven't realized just yet ... I know I'm not the only one who've played Ashelotte online, which injin's post kinda surprises me.
  10. foobar2k for me
  11. I can only imagine that the same song could have been submitted here under a different name, or just got lost..?
  12. It's nor this is it..? Considering it's dated November of 06... http://ps3.qj.net/PS3-Linux-Dual-Boot-Instructions-Blu-ray-disc-mounting-supported-/pg/49/aid/72754
  13. Besides being single player ONLY with two modes of game play and five levels... It was lackluster IMO...
  14. Look at my earlier posts on it along with those that answered that same question. In fact I think google's chrome comic also explains that as well.
  15. Oh shit I hard but at the same time look forward to some arcade goodness without it eating away my coin jars.
  16. QFE - I keep thinking I'm looking at a tab that I use at work to put into binders marking them as I work in between the paper/comp work...
  17. pics or it didn't happen Seriously I'd like to see how it is
  18. Based on my calculations in comparison with the exact same number of tabs I was using on chrome and on firefox, FF actually did a little better, not noticable however; more of a personal nitpick of mine considering it's cluttering up my task manager... Plus they better give more options to customize it as I can only stand to see the stark white and faded blue for so long... Yeah I'll submit to the fact that it does respond faster. I will however need it to be more softer on the eyes before I fully utilize it...
  19. Maybe it's a hit or miss thing because I'm seeing multiple instances of it. NOTE* This is on just ONE window with tabs..
  20. Well shit... I took a look at the task manager to see how it performs next to firefox... Not looking good; especially when everytime I open a new website on a new tab I see another "chrome.exe" on the Processes Tab popping up. While at first its small the extra "chrome.exe" can stack up... Where as in firefox it has yet to spike and already with 15 tabs... Please those using it, check to confirm if this is happening with you guys too...
  21. This is a good recommendation, but which also brings up more possible recommendations such as alternative apps that take less resources than the primary popular proggy. Example, instead of using the official Quicktime app use Quicktime Alternative. Use alternative programs that use less for more performance.
  22. Mephisto's the one to do the job when it comes to building computers. But hey any shmuck can do it with a little bit of guidance. Built a system for myself so if you're interested we can talk. I'm sure others can and will aid you more. For starters... Windows XP SP2 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116400 I say go for the service pack 2 version for the possibilty you have problems with your hard drives being recognized. Something about some issues with IDE and Sata connections, I could be wrong. Some one correct me please if I am. Windows Vista - If you're interested in trying their new OS and have no fears of any apps you like not working... http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16832116485
  23. An extra gig of memory could help your laptop, but also do the usual gauntlet of viral/malware checking, finding funky processes on the task manager. Heck if you haven't done so, try shutting off particular services/processes permenantly so long as you nor the lappy needs them. Make searches on processes you do not recognize to see if they're a threat and may be hogging your resources. http://www.blackviper.com/ Go to this site and try out the configs that are recommended there. NOTE* Do the changes at your discretion and before making any major changes, make a back up of your system in the case you need to roll back due to a bad config. Also the usual defragging/disk error checking wouldn't hurt. Good luck. edit: About how many browser windows/tabs do you utilize? I probably use around thirty or fourty with multiple windows for more organized tab usage...
  24. Good memories, probably the ONLY game I've ever bought used though back then. Couldn't find it fresh. also.. I'll leave this here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EvB-lIcHHPQ
