Shouldn't A Link to the Past be the last game that involves the Master Sword since at the end, it says, "and the Master Sword sleeps again, Forever!"?

Just beat TP, and all I can say is wow. Anyway, I just a thought about the Link in "A Link to the Past" being the last Link, who also is definately the same Link in Link's Awakening afterwards and I guess Zelda 1 and 2 as people have said (I've only played parts of the 1st 2 Zeldas). I just thought of how at the end of "A Link to the Past", it says, "and the Master Sword sleeps again, FOREVER". Now unless the 1st 2 Zeldas do infact come after "A Link to the Past" and "Link's Awakening", AND have the Master Sword in them, it would make sense that this is the last Link. They probably didn't even mean it like that, because I doubt they knew what was in store for future games. This has probably already been gone into before, but I thought I'd mention it.

I haven't played or heard that soundtrack, but I'll eventually get around to it. You mentioned Star Ocean, and I was wondering if you have played Till the End of Time because I am in love with that soundtrack and was curious if you grouped that game with what you said was par.

As Arek said, Lufia 2 was far superior to the first. Also, although I haven't finished the 2nd yet, Shadow Hearts Covenant seems like it will be a better game than the first. The 3rd Xenosaga also kicked it's predecessors asses big time, although I did enjoy the first 2 a lot.

I finally beat hell on my second playthrough a couple months ago. It took me a while to get the hang of it, but after a while, I could pretty easily get to Ballos. Finally beating him took a while as well. Pixel is my hero and I hope he makes another game of the same calibur as Cave Story. Oh, and the remix project is great as others have said.

Why would he lie about something like that? Anyway, I love the Homestar one. Maybe I'll try a couple in the next few days.

I would love to see the return of Bombos, Ether, and Quake.

This has been one of my favorite DoD songs since it came out. Glad you submitted it here and got accepted. Love the mix of CT and FF7 battle themes towards the end. they flow so well together. Anyway, keep up the great work, and submit something soon for DoD and/or here.

Uh.. if your memory dies after only a few effects in FL, that's pretty bad. But I don't think that should happen. Tweak your computer's settings, disable background programs + services, and you should be fine. 512mb is low but not unusable. You can always use DFD (direct from disk) streaming as well as well as bouncing audio to disk to save your RAM. Also, yeah, QLSO Silver and Gold are really solid for the price range. It's hard for me to recommend anything else besides those and GPO. Thanks, between QLSO Silver and GPO, which would you recommend? I am looking for all coverage of each instrument, but the most important to me are the piano and strings. I've also heard that QLSO Silver's piano is top notch. Also, I know that Gold doesn't have the piano or choir that Silver does, but is it really worth the extra $200? Is the quality better at all, or is it only a bigger selection of samples?

Couple quick questions about the Symphonic Orchestra Silver edition for any of its users. First off, I only have 512 ram on my laptop. I know min requirements are 256 and recommended is 1 gig, but will I experience any big slowdowns with my comp if I use too many of the instruments, effects, etc? My memory already dies after a while with a few effects in FL. 2nd question: Is this pretty much the most obvious purchase for orchestral samples in this price range?

I absolutely love this. You really captured the essence of the game. The atmosphere created in this is truely majestic. Can't wait to hear the next update.

I have been a fan of all your f-zero remixes, but I think this one takes the cake. Maybe I'm just a sucker for piano solos, but this was amazing. Great arrangement, and great execution. Bravo.

Wow, I like this a lot. Great guitar work Geoffrey, and as always, awesome vocals DJP. I just wish it was a little bit longer. Other than that, I love the simplistic relaxing feel of the song.

Haha, It took me a while to figure out why C. Falcon would never streak with the bat until I realized that the streak only happened if you continued to hold the A button, making him pull the bat back and streaking the character. I have always loved Sheik's streak the best, just knock the character straight up.

I agree that Game and Watch should stay. He wasn't a favorite of mine, but he's an interesting character nonetheless. Anyway, I don't know if it's been mentioned, but I think it would be really cool to have the 4 main characters from the mystical ninja games. I know Konami probably has the rights to them, but it's possible I guess. Goemon could throw ryo and use his pipe, and the other characters could use their designated weapons. Goemon's super could be something involving Impact and Yae's could summon Koryuta (sp?) the dragon. Sasuke already has a nice Up B with his jetpack. Just a thought.
