Yes, I thought they worked well as chords; one entity. Maybe the problem is that you have 4 separated instruments ? The only place that really doesn't work at all to me is the first chord of the second bar; lowered the note of the first instrument by half a step and it's less creepy.. but it might just be me

Happy label but I don't understand.. basically, you're offering people to put their music yourself on the internet ? I could take a minunte or two to register myself and make the bucks instead of kids with a "label" with a broken computer. Do print physical copies with a service, have visual artists and anybody from promoting ? Sorry I'm not up to date with labels, thought it was dying Get this;

Back in 2002, made in Guitar Pro 4 and modded with Sound Forge 5. My first "song" which is somehow prog. I like the weird x-files interlude in the middle.

I've worked in a music store for two years and the instruments are poorly adjusted with stained strings because everybody is the next best thing and think they can afford a 4k$ guitar and so want to try it. And you just don't have time to keep up with all the adjustments on all the guitars + a lot of clueless clumsy employes who look at you with round eyes when you get a little technical. Anyway, the gears are there to sell the dream more than anything else, they'll just tell you that everything is set up and you'll have to eat it like that and show your wallet. Ok, next client.. etc etc I'd borrow from a friend if I were you

Your business, on the other hand, is supposed to be composed of a bunch of people, since you're a team like you said. You want to "hire" artists, which implies money. Those who work for money and get paid for real, for real games, expect a lot of money, not peanuts and bread grains. So my "get serious" refered to this idea... Musicians want to eat, as you talk about "situations and work" ... you want to offer a job ? Pay. You will probably have more results/pro people. Just don't offer peanuts when you can't afford to pay. I rather do something for free than ask for a small 20$ in return. And what's with the "example for this site" ? First, you'd be suprised at how many "talented users" would agree. 2nd, I'm not speaking for anybody here, "dood", I'm the one talking to you. 3rd, I don't really care what you think (Nothing personal, I'm just like that) but I appreciated your constructive comments. Finally, I'd just like to say that you probably misunderstood what someone told you about the 250$. He/She probably meant per 30 seconds looping song, not for the entire project.

I'm not sure you can use MS Synth for a direct play. I don't think you need a MIDI output at all actually. I'd help more but I'm on a laptop sorry.. Try loading a midi instrument (VSTi) ? There's a bunch of free ones on various sites, see the docs in the sticky threads in this section of the forums and tell us how it goes.

My generation had english classes from grade 3 to 12, I think it's still the same but most people don't learn anything. In grade 12 you're a fucking pro if you know the difference between should/could/would. Don't ask them to order a hamburger or understand what you say. You're lucky to speak english if you don't come from an english speaking familly here, and I think the whole adademic program is so dumbed down by the most popular politic party cause they're afraid of what they don't know..It's so restricted here, you kinda need contacts and the right situation and of course the will to learn. I'd without exagerating that I probably didn't even learn 0,1% of my english at school. This is our prime minister

I headed to steam when i saw the title of this thread, and found FF7 and Ys 1+2. Bought those. Now I got told FF7 is actually FF7 2.0 wtf lol

They can think whatever they want man, at the end of the day we're speaking it with care and we don't try to integrate an english word in every sentence with a clumsy eurofrenchean pronounciation. Anyway, Frenches don't sing with music, they talk.. I guess that's all they can do with that accent. It's like, you cannot include clarinet solos in every song/music style. The same does not apply to guitars, which are everywhere. We're like guitars ! Kinda like Brit vs US/Can english.. how does that compare ? Still.. do Brits try to include french words everynow and then ? No, not YET.

I thought about kickstarter for an album project that's been in the making for many years, for like.. mixing, re-amping, mastering costs and whatnot.. cd prints maybe, but also for things like an instrument, foam stuff for walls and etc lol. Kinda to accelerate things and motivate. I really don't know how it works and if my questioning is realist. And I don't know how much to ask. If you ask for 15 000$ and end up with 2000 do you keep the 2k$ ? I dunno what to offer in exchange.. some kind of merch i dunno, but nobody cares im unkown.. how do you get backers ?
