Wow what a nice trailer that was seriously. Can't wait to inject my speakers with what you guys came up with, dim the lights and have a little drink, eyes closed ears opened.
Good job ! And finally, the opera scene, for Real... that's the cake!
Have I gotten weak ?
10-56 on a 7 string now
Switched to the ultex version of Jazz 3 picks
but forget strings and picks, the real deal is to get locking tuning machines.. what was I waiting for all those years ?
Can you install a computer inside a small beer fridge instead of trying to cool it with fans and whatnot? Peirce it for the cables then seal with epoxy or I dunno ?
Didn't notice this thread before but it's funny, some dude asked me if he could use my tune for a contest held by Capcom. He has drawn Mega Man X "getting equipped" with Sonic.
I had this on my computer for over a decade and I dunno where it came from, and I really like this version

To me it's the built it ReCyce feature and the auto slice thing, which is a remixer's dream for remixing, fit to grid/quantize live audio tracks. Or when I record some lines, especially acoustic guitars, to get them to fit well between each strum or go as small as 1/64th. And the fact that you can load those clips into OctoRex
The parralel channel option is pretty nice too. Anyway, was worth the 130$ now it's a charm to work with as far as "remixing" goes and that kind of music.
FL Studio; It is for some people, it's not for some others.
Shaggy, I agree on the price, it's worth it.. The "ReCycle" functions and be able to bounce to REX all embedded convinced me.
Well, the new version is available now.
449$ for newcomers, 129$ for upgraders (need to have 6.5 and above)
Take a look at the 3 videos to know what's up (not the big vid)

They still do not support VST by the way
When writing original material, I always have something behind my head somehow.. not on purpose but generally, those are the one I keep (riffs/melodies) or devellop into a full song. I guess when I listen back later it has some kind of soul to it. But it's not something I care about, I don't try to find a reason if there's none but I think melodies often bring back thoughts and it snowballs.
I need, at 72 BPM, 2 bars for each chord. Here's the progression:
C, Am, C, Am, F, G, G#, A#
Strumming type of thing, folk or something, smooth. And with a stereo feild (Left/Right) ideally with a 2 micros setup, or a good double-tracking.
I also have 8G DDR2 and built my PC 6 years ago. Yes you could benefit from a more powerful processor, you would also reduce your current latency with a new proc. So if you need to load a bunch of effects and VSTIs, don't look back and buy yourself a new proc.
And get rid of that micro ATX. You'll have to buy a new mobo and ram tho if you want a new/high-end processor. Not that you cannot get things done with your current setup but you'd buy some peace of mind for the biggest projects and the futur.
