You need a cheap condenser mic. 45$ for this Behringer C-1 and you need an audio interface like this PreSonus AudioBox USB (150$) because it has everything you need, including midi ports and they give you a software (Studio One) in which you can do all the mixing. You probably can get these 2 items for under 200$ tax included.

Well I'm not pissed anymore. Reaper is just the way to go and surprises me everyday. Still Reason is so stable but lacks so much stuff. I need to figure how to ReWire as you said. I won't trash it cause I paid 500$ for it.

Hey let's up this thread. I got kicked off the forum for a month and forgot about this project which I have a wip for. But it seems quite quiet for a project.

I'm moving away from Reason. It's just ridiculous. They will never support VST and can keep their fucking RE synths. I'll keep it for when I feel like a beatmaker but I'm pissed.

No you won't be able to update. You need to buy "Reason Essentials" to have the option of upgrading later and I think it's 99$

One thing I'd do if I had decent microphones would be to find a room so it wouldn't pick up my computers sounds and try to find a sweet spot. Acoustic guitar is awesome
